Wish there was a zero star option for customer service. I have spent over $700 in 2 months and then visited this store...The lady admitted to making a mistake putting on and removing all the charms 3 times for a side charm. We ended up losing a charm right after this. Contact customer service and they offered 25% or contact the store. The store manager (Patricia) provided the worst service imaginable and refused to have any sort of accountability or remorse. We contacted corp again. They sent Patricia an email saying the store can do the 25% or choose to provide a new charm. Patricia said they choose 25%. Again, zero empathy or compassion after her own employee apologized several times for making a mistake. Shame on Pandora for their customer service.

i hated working here and i hated shopping there. people are rude and lowkey gave racist. i was hired as a sales person but was never allowed to work in the front when customers where there. there were many girls that started after me that were trained to sell in the front, but i was told it was “too busy” to train me so i was stuck in the back cleaning jewelry. not what i signed up for. customer service is bad and takes far too long for how small the store is. this location is all around awful. wouldn’t recommend coming in here, you’re better off going to woodfield or something

I came yesterday to buy a gift for friend's daughter. There was a group of three customers being taken care of by one of the ladies, so I just walked around the store, waiting to my turn. Second lady was trying really hard to pretend she doesn't see me. I stood there for 10 minutes, nobody cared, so I just left, I don't have all day. In future, I would definitely shop elsewhere

First off, I want to start off by saying I absolutely love Pandora this review is solely on this store location. Every single person working at this location is either rude or acts like you are the biggest waste of their time or both. WILL NOT ever return to this location for ANY of my Pandora needs in the future nor would I ever send family and friends to them to be treated the way I was on 2 separate occasions!

Visited this location recently and I had an unpleasant experience. The manager was my salesperson, I believe her name is Patricia. She was rude to me since I stepped in there and she was only willing to show me the jewelry from the catalog instead of taking it out as if I was going to try to steal something. I felt discriminated by her despite both of us being Latinas. It’s a shame because I love shopping at Pandora and even though I ended up buying what I needed, it was definitely not because she offered me a good service. Will never visit this location again.

Really awesome customer service and affordable ring sets! The women working there 3/28/23 around 1pm make you feel warm and welcome. Writing this review, I'm definitely on a budget and they helped me find something super affordable that I LOVED. If I wasn't on a budget I'd come back and spend more just for these girls! Hope they get a raise.

Poor customer service. I’m not sure if it is the entire Pandora corporation, but I feel like the customer just doesn’t matter to the manager at this store. Twice, I’ve had a bad experience at this store. The managers mantra is “no, sorry” in a really insincere manner. Not really trying to see if anything can be done to satisfy the customer. If you exchange (with receipt) an item for a smaller size, but you bought that item in a sale why would you have to pay the difference of full price to exchange it?? It is the exact item but you need a smaller size. Has retail changed that much that an exchange would void any discounts? Didn’t make sense. If it is a corporate wide policy, then I would caution buyers to be aware of that and don’t patron a company like that. I feel like pandora is out to get your money and don’t care about their customers when there are issues with the merchandise. Bad customer service. That’s it for me no third strikes.

All Pandora's are pretty much the same. As far as the service, my wife asked them to clean her bracelet, but when the salesperson didn't recognize some of the charms (they're all Pandora, I learned my lesson) she sounded almost accusatory. Instead, she should have just explained they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't get damaged in the cleaner if they're not Pandora charms. When we were looking at new charms, it was clear the salesperson didn't want to be there. We'll shop at another location in the future.

My husband went in to get me a necklace for my birthday, I wanted to return it for something different and we realized they OVERCHARGED us by over 30 dollars. When we went to return the lady was confused because the items didn't match. MAKE SURE TO CHECK how much each item actually is and if they are over charging you! Don't know if this was a mistake or on purpose but my sweet husband didn't catch it, thankfully I did! I won't be back.

Horrible customer service. Seriously, who hired these ladies? Talk about being snotty, uppity and having terrible dispositions. Not a single rep was remotely kind or respectful and it wasn't just towards us. They behaved this way to everyone who came in or was already there. Several other people were visibly upset by their attitudes, as well. If you don't like your job, just leave and let someone else have the position. I wonder if the higher ups know about their horrible customer service. Any time you look down your nose to customers who are there to spend money, you don't deserve the time or hard-earned money of your customers. And if you inept at being a basic, decent human being who knows how to be kind to customers, go find a job stocking merchandise so you don't have to work with people. Do not go here.

Associate Emily ruins the experience every time at this location. I was purchasing a ring, and she was on her phone texting the entire time. I was asking to look at different rings and received weird looks with the attitude. Today I came in to exchange the bracelet with defects on it. The same associate in a rude manner came up to a manager showing the bracelet and claiming she doesn’t see the issue. I have a receipt and I was at the same location last week. Just help the customer out. Instead, the associate treat you like you’re doing something sketchy.
