I wish I could give Mary zero stars because it was that disappointing!! I arrived on time and she was 30 minutes behind. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. I left to run an errand. She calls me to say that SHE'S ready. I said I'd be there in 10 minutes. She had an unpleasant attitude from the moment I sat down. I explained to her in great detail what I wanted and that's not what I got. I re-explained how I wanted my bangs. She attempted to fix them but they still weren't what I wanted!! I was so frustrated because she couldn't care less. She wasn't even trying at this point. I told her not to even style it. I just wanted to leave and never go back. She did a lousy job of shampooing my hair. I was supposed to get a deep conditioning treatment which I highly doubt I did. I was generous enough to give her a tip which she didn't deserve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR!!

Great place to schedule beauty needs here. Place is covid clean and a bunch of wonderful staff. I highly recommend going here for just about any beauty need you have. Various people to chose from found on the Phenix site.

This is a very nice place . I see Nisha here for injections . It is clean as well as classy . It is a peaceful place that is decorated so nice as the Owner seems to take pride in her salon . I absolutely love this place as a relaxing get way . I highly recommend it is you want to get away from it all as it is discreet ....

I called the corporate in Colorado Springs and am writing an email to Gina Rivera. I am 50 and seeing stylists is not my first rodeo. However, this time, it was with my 16 year old daughter. I will start by saying, it's my fault for not walking out. People will only treat you the way you allow them to. We were short on time and Heather Brazier was cheaper by $20 than our other options. I will even go so far as to say somehow we asked something stupid. At the end if the day, customer service is at the heart of a stylists job. We left the store glad to be gone. My daughter's hair was still wet. Heather pulled at it from beginning to end. (NOTE: she cheers and has a tough scalp from all the ponytails etc) Before we started Heather was combative. She repeated the same thing over and over in a very angry tone - at least 10 times. No joke! I even asked her if she was having a bad day?! She said she didn't want to be blamed for it not turning out like we were thinking. She said she busy and efficient. In our texts prior I asked her if she took credit cards, she said yes. When we arrived, she had a sign that said it would be an additional 4% for cards. When I asked, she said, "You are going to pay that fee, not me!" After talking to my daughter in the hallway, we let her proceed. She was done in less than an hour. (She had a 10:30 appt; we were there at 9:30, and after all the "discussion" she didn't start until 9:45, at best.) she charged us $70. I left her $5 tip because my daughter was afraid she was going to yell at us again. Shame on me for not leaving. Shame on her for turning what should have been a relaxing, enjoyable time for my daughter, into the worst case scenario ever. Heather, it's not what you say sometimes, it's how you say it.

I stopped into this salon for a quick haircut and to my surprise I walked into a salon of about 30 individually rented suites! A young lady helped me around the salon to see if anyone was available to take a walk-in appointment. I'm so happy that I stumbled upon this salon. The stylists who I met were very polite and overall the salon is clean and well-organized. I recommend stopping in and checking out the different salons and what they have to offer.
