Sephora Deerpark has super helpful and friendly staff. We felt very welcomed upon entry with a nice greeting from everyone. Emily was especially helpful in helping me find the right mascara for my eye color!

Great customer service. Clean store. There is a huge parking lot but it's always so busy it can be tough to get a parking spot.

Never shopping with them again. It's been a horrible experience with sephora. I bought something online and they only gave me 2 weeks to return it for a refund. They only gave me store credit so I asked if I could at least use it at a sephora at kohls and the lied to me and said yes. When I went to sephora at kohls they tried using it and it didn't work. They also gave me expired products so I'd have to go to the store again to return it. At least I returned the expired SPF but now I'm stuck with a gift card instead of my credit card being refunded. I'm going back just to use the gift card then I'm done with this company. Ulta is way better any way - better rewards and a better selection of products.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I approached a staff member whose name is Nick, who was clearly not busy at the time, but instead of assisting me, he abruptly redirected me to another seller without any explanation. His tone felt dismissive and unnecessarily arrogant. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and willingness to help, unfortunately, that was not the case here.

After leaving the alta, we went to Sephora the employees helped us out with suggestions, and greeted us when we entered/left. Great store. Will buy from there again l.

I had made an appointment for my daughters makeup. It's her sweet 16 party. We made about 4 weeks in advance of party. We get a call the morning of the appointment that the makeup artist will not be in and had to cancel appointment. So frustrating. I understand things happen but sephora should of had a backup plan

I get this is the "it place" for cosmetics but not wearing them I can only comment on the store itself. Their shelves are always a mess, the aisles are small and crowded, and the stores all have kind of skin of grime. That said, my wife and daughter shop there all the time and don't seem to notice any of the things I mentioned. Maybe I'm that bored that I have time to nit pick?

The Sephora workers are so nice!! They gave me free Sol De janerio samples, and helped me look around the store. They were also so polite and always had a smile on their face. I am definitely coming again!!

I had wonderful experience with Nayely! She was the artist for my full face booking and she brought out all the stops. The skincare was divine, the products were clean and well thought out, and she really took the time to consider my features and complexion. Towards the end, Nayely even sent me home with a small sample lipstick since my event was not for another few hours! 10/10
