I went to the store to exchange some items without receipts. Heather was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to first locate the items under my account, when she could not find it, she offered store credit. She was patient and nice throughout the process which cannot be said about other employees working there. She is the right person for the job. I usually shop at higher end stores, but great CS make all the difference in the world and makes you want to shop there.

Visit the store on Wednesday, October 4th. Have to wait until one of the shop associates is singing a Happy Birthday to a customer in Swedish. Then listen to the story how they are related.The shop assistant who took care of me was busy asking questions about them.Not happy with the assistance.Didn't purchase anything.
