Horrible service. Terrible experience. We scheduled a notary appointment, but upon arrival, we were informed that the manager — the only person with the notary license — had forgotten about our appointment and left.

The two guys in there working are some really cool guys awesome to deal with That's how it should be when you go to a UPS location and they take care of you I would highly recommend the store at 21720 West Long Grove road two guys in there are awesome and I think they deserve a raise and I don't even know these guys is my first time in there thank you very much

Every time I come to this store for a quick Amazon return it takes forever. There’s not enough staff to help you get in and out quickly and I’m always waiting way too long. Lake Zurich & Hoffman Estates stores are much better & more efficient. Something is going on with this location.

This store is the absolute best UPS store in the area!! They are always so helpful and have excellent service each and every time we come in. We ship a ton and we have always been provided with the best and most affordable shipping options. They really can do everything we need. They can now do high quality printing and we use them for all our notary needs. These guys are just great.

This location charges $2.00 to receive an email and $.45 to print the email. Outrageous price when you need to return an item and they only send full labels! I understand the fee to print but TWO DOLLARS TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL is ludicrous. This price is set by the owner of each location - I will no longer be using this location for any services.

They charge you $2.46 to email a return label from Amazon and print it out. $2.00 to email them a label and .46 to print it. Every other ups store prints the label for no charge.

Quick and easy but I got asked if I brought my own mailer or if I grabbed one from within the store. I purchased it from Michael’s but still got charged nearly an extra 4 dollars. Charged me for a 14.5x20 when it was only a 7.7x 9.7 (and my own) from a different store. What’s the point in asking if I brought my own if I still get charged? It states on the UPS website they do not charge extra if you bring your own mailer. Is this typical?
