Workers are SO mean!!!! :( I walked into the store with my mom at around 2 pm on Monday May 15th and my mom wanted to buy a dress for my brothers graduation. The whole time we were in the store the workers did not say a single word to us or ask us if we needed help finding anything. We didn't receive a single hi when we walked inside , just blank stares. Neither of the three ladies helped us at all but the second another customer walked in the workers greeted her and came up to her to ask if she needed help. My mom and I felt very judged and mistreated at this store. We were extremely disappointed with the service here. We have never been ignored this way before. It was our first time visiting here and we were so excited, however after this experience we will never go back. I told my friend about this horrible experience and she said that she was also mistreated this way at THIS LOCATION. I really hope the staff here can learn how to treat all customers equally and make this store a welcoming environment for all.

Nice boutique store ,chick style, nice service.Me and my doughter shopping here for many years at least ones a month.Good selection of almost everything except winter jackets and womens luxury pajamas . Definitely recommend shopping experience there.

Great store the guy that helped me was incredible. However I had to call back the next day spoke to the assistant manager who kept calling me hun.Asked her for a bigger size with out even checking told me it was an online purchase and she couldn't exchanged them. I explained I just bought them in the store the day before and again she was adamant that I did not. Then she finally checked and guess what I did buy both of them in the store. How do these people not only get a job but keep a job? Is retail this desperate for employees? Or is she just a house wife doing something too keep her self busy? Deer park store. I spoke to her today May 11, 2021 around 2:30 pm. I ended up calling another store and to my surprise the woman on the other line was nice and ordered both tops for me.

I am a fan of looking and feeling my best, so of course I go here for my clothing needs especially for social occasions. Worth every penny. Excellent quality. I feel like a billion bucks when dressed head-to-toe in WHBM. Been a customer since 2002 and I never left. The store associates are very informative and helpful. I couldn't shop without their assistance. I love this place!

Nice place to shop. Tatiana is a great sales associate, very professional with great taste and perfect eye for style/color coordination. I never leave with an empty bag when she is on the floor. Ask for Tatiana when you shop there. 4� I wish collection had more colors.

I normally do not write too many reviews but after my exceptional experience this morning I needed to give a shout out to Sandy and the others that were on staff this morning. I am starting a new job where my work attire will be more formal so needed some good staple pieces. Sandy went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces and made sure they fit well, I was there for a long period of time and she helped from start to finish. Sandy your personality is great and I am so glad I decided to stop in today, you truly helped me a ton! Thank you!!

Update on the post below: The manager called me back later in the day and did give me a sale price on the damaged pants- as well as an additional discount off the new ones that were the closest they had in stock. So, I did get return my old pants and buy new ones for a fraction of the cost. Not exactly a replacement, but I appreciated their follow through on the customer service and friendliness when I went back later that day. Original post: I found out today they only stand behind the quality of their clothes for 90 days! Pretty upsetting considering their clothes aren't cheap and are actually normally very good quality / worth the price. Well I bought a pair of black ponte pants last spring and found when I took them out for fall that the stitching was coming out around multiple seams. So thinking they'd care about keeping loyal customers I brought them in. The manager was extremely rude and told me if I had a problem with the quality of their products I needed to bring them in within 90 days. See, WHBM, that's exactly the reason I used to shop with you guys! I was willing to spend more to get quality clothes that would last MORE than just 3 short months (lol not even a whole season) - actually I expected your clothes to last for 3 years! So disappointing... I don't know who would spend that kind of money to buy something they could only wear a few times.

Please keep in mind the above star rating is based on how I was treated by the store manager Becky. What a difference a location makes. Becky, you can learn a lot from your sister store in Water Tower. This place was packed but they treated me as if I was a movie star. Everyone in the Water Tower location had a smile on their face and was more than willing to help me out. NOT SO HERE well at least from Becky. So yesterday I went to go return some of the items that I had purchased from the Water Tower store. I also wanted to move the outfit that I had on my Visa to my American Express. Just wanted everything in one place. This happened to be a big crisis for Store manager Becky. She is gave me the third degree of why I now wanted things on my American Express. In her 8 years of being store manager she has never seen anything like this. Well it is simple - I made a mistake and now I want everything on one card. She starts with the stuff that I wanted to just return... then her good buddy Marjorie or Miriam or whatever her name was come out and is ready to check out. So Becky tells me that I now need to step aside since Miriam or whomever has been shopping all afternoon and she was first. I was like whatever so I stepped aside. I do look young and often times people think that I am in my 20's and may not be able to afford things. Well, first this isn't Armani or Gucci, and even if it was how do you even know how old I am or what I can and cannot afford. You should have treated me the same way you treated your little buddies. In the meantime Mary Jane finishes up with her customer so I get passed to her. She was very nice. She was able to quickly return all the clothes that I didn't want and then return the other items that I repurchased with the American Express. Mary Jane was very nice and sweet. I felt sorry that she didn't get the whole story and had to pick things up in the middle. I tried to apologize for being difficult (even though I wasn't) and I get an eye roll from Becky. There were a couple of really cute blouses in there but I wasn't going to buy them after that treatment. Won't be going back to that location or I will and I will ask for Mary Jane. One more thing you should have learned with being in a service job. The average person that has a good experience will only tell one to three people. Whereas the average is more like 10-15 people for a bad experience. Well guess what I just told all the yelpers out there and that is way more than 10-15.
