Going out of business and they show that not only went to bankruptcy for bad management. Employees also have not taken care of the customers. They have what they deserve.

I’ve had the worst customer service twice now at the Deerbrook bed, bath and beyond. The manager acted like their defective product was my fault. He was rude, insensitive and incompetent. This is the second time the same manager has acted this way and he should have already been fired. If you have to shop at this company, choose another location. No wonder bed, bath and beyond is closing hundreds of stores and likely going out of business. Good riddance!

The managers are so kind and I use to have most of my linens from here.Unfortunately the quality of the things have decreased not so much thé prices. I bought automatic soap dispensers and there's one that has never worked.I strongly recommend our friends in BBandBeyond to do quality control.!Your truly once again,Me

Store is clean and it was easy to find what I needed. Only one (wonderful!) cashier so checkout was fairly inefficient... (three employees standing at the customer service counter though).

This used to be a favorite place to go, however their selection has decreased. I felt like the store was mostly towels. I was trying to find storage solutions and found that category. Low of availability in the store.

Terrible customer service. This store has lost me as a customer. Talked to a cashier and then customer service representative. Both looked very unmotivated and not friendly to at least make slight attempt to accommodate me. Will never go there again.

This store is having problems keeping up with customer service expectations - no surprise there. . . all retail is under pressure these days and we're all trying to understand that. We waited in the pickup area 10 -15 minutes for our item (at 6 pm on Saturday.. .not a busy time) and the manager who came out to put it in our trunk said they are doing the best they can, which is so true. When he saw that our trunk would not automatically close, he said "I'll close it for you this time, but in the future we can't be closing your trunk." He had an employee with him and was training him. I just want to say, ok, we can understand the wait if they're short staffed, but nowhere did it say we had to have a self closing trunk in order to pick up an item (we have an Avalon. . .not a hard trunk to push down). And as a customer service statement, what he said leaves a lot to be desired. . .it made me angry. . . on top of the wait, now I get this kind of a statement from the manager? Is that like "Have a nice day" in Bed Bath and Beyond lingo? Well, at least he showed us, didn't he! And nice training for the new employee. . .
