“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
“We get the monthly shine at Zippy's. I must say it is great! We get one free wash a day as well as the free vacuums. The people working are great and there are many trash cans at the vacuum center. So fun!”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. Being a commissioner in Wheeling and love supporting local Wheeling Businesses I truly recommend Fantasy Car Wash Detail Inc. Big thanks to Hugo and his team, looking forward to my next visit.”

“Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. I was so impressed with his can-do attitude and his willingness to jump in and help. Amazing customer service and an amazing young man! We will be back and will be buying a membership now!”

I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. The detailers did such a great job and were so efficient! Great service and the owner is friendly and professional!”

“I've been coming to this car wash for more than 10 years and I'll tell you how I started. One year I lost a couple 50.00 gift cards around the holidays I thought they were gone. 2 weeks later I washed my car here and there guys put it in my cup holder. On another occasion about 6 months later I was on a guys night out and one of my buddies lost their cell phone we thought it was history. Three of us were looking through the car could not find it. He was certain it was in the car. The battery had died so we couldn't hear it ring we never found it in the car. A week later I was at this car wash and the guys found it put it in my cup holder. Hand car washes are hard to find these days this is a family-owned honest business!”

“Protek did an amazing job providing a full frontal PPF installation on this 2024 Mazda CX-30. The work is impeccable, with a virtually invisible installation.
At any point where it is possible to wrap around the film, it was done - and even where it is not wrapped around is still near impossible to see as they have done such an excellent job following the lines of the car. Zero bubbles, zero issues!
Turnaround time was also excellent being the same day, with a very generous warranty included.

“Really nice new gas station/car wash! The gas is not horribly priced compared to some other stations not too far away. Their car wash is really nice too. If you have never, they have a great deal for first time car wash users! It's $9.95 for the first month of unlimited car washes. You also get up to 30 cents off of gas and a free large drink! I also like that they added a Scooters in the area. It's tasty coffee if you have never had!”

Hands down the best car wash in the area — and the only TouchL<3SS automatic car wash I found within a 30 mile radius.
• The TouchLess wash is excellent (Pro tip: wait for the green light ? before pulling out or the blowers shut off early!).
• Plenty of self-serve bays with great pressure and options.
• Prices are very fair, and the soaps/chemicals actually seem high-quality and work well.
• They just repaved the entire lot and entrance — huge improvement, no more potholes!
Big shout-out to MK — super friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make the experience even better.
I’ve been driving 20 minutes each way to come here for the past year… and it’s 100% worth the trip (or even a short detour if you’re nearby). Highly recommend!”

“This was my first visit here. The sign to the left says express, and the right lane says full service; however, once you turn the corner, they all go through the same AUTOMATIC car wash. As I was trying to read the sign, there was a lady customer blowing like a mad woman. I had to get out and ask for directions. I chose the PLATINUM FULL SERVICE. The staff was nice. 15 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The running boards still had mud splatter, the passenger seat and trunk had not been vacuumed, the door jams all had water running down them, the front grill and window still had bug splatter. There are black smudges on my leather that weren’t even there when I arrived. Whatever they sprayed in the interior is now chalky so I assume it was not the right chemical for my material. There was a smudge on my seat (make up) the gentleman told me that’s a detailers job. Absolutely not, I wipe this off all the time with AmorAll. When I asked why my car was half done, he said, sometimes the guys “forget”. It’s 9am. I watched them dry my car so I have no idea when they actually did three coats of wax as quoted in the platinum package. But I did notice one of the gentleman drying my car, kept looking at the lady who was blowing at me as if she was talking to him. I was inside, so I cannot confirm that she told him not to do a good job. But this was a horrible car wash. I feel like I got an express wash, but paid for a PLATINUM. No scent was included. I do appreciate him taking the time to try to make sure I was happy before I left, but as you can see in the photos they just didn’t pay attention to detail. Disappointed.”

“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”
