Tim is an amazing trainer and motivator. If I could give 100 stars I would. What I love about Tim is he gets to know you and works where you are. I came to him out of shape and overweight and he's kept me motivated and dare I say having fun. He's a superstar.

I had a chronic back pain issue and Tim was able to diagnose and treat the issue. He was thoughtful about the process and explained his treatment to me in great detail. I highly recommend him.

Tim is a fabulous trainer and a wonderful person. He focuses on the specific areas in need of concentration and helps me to improve those particular skills. He makes the session fun, we share a lot of laughs, and the breadth of his knowledge is remarkable. I learn something new (some fitness related, some food related, some general health related) each session, and the hour flies by. If I arrive at the studio somewhat cranky, I leave with an uplifted feeling that lasts the whole day! I adore Tim, and so does my husband, for whom exercise is much more a chore than for me. If you book a session, you will not regret it!!

Tim is a fantastic neuromuscular therapist and overall fitness trainer. He is very professional, personable and very in tune with what is going on within your body. I feel like a million dollars after every session. He has taught me so much about the workings of my body and has diminished my shoulder and back pain. The additional support exercises we do within the gym as well as the ones he gives me for home are very beneficial. I do not trust any other therapist or fitness trainer with my well being in the way I trust Tim. He is very capable, caring and has helped improve the quality of my life and reduced my pain immensely. Highly recommend!

I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations as I am getting older and do not move as well as I used to. I knew that if I trained on my own, I would risk injury, so I needed to have appropriate training planned and a well-qualified and knowledgeable person to train me.I was referred to Tim of Clear Results Fitness by a friend who has been working with him for several years. I had seen her results and seen her self-confidence and tennis game improve. After my initial consolation with Tim he tailored our sessions to meet my specific needs. He clearly put a lot of time into designing the sessions which were full of variety and a lot of fun. Tim challenged me within my capabilities and made sure with each exercise there was not a risk of damage or injury to my body. He has a thorough understanding of how the body works. He ensures every exercise is executed in the correct body position and alignment while adjusting and modifying immediately if needed. He follows up every exercise session with an email or phone call to ensure there are no post-workout issues. My flexibility, range of motion, and core strength has improved greatly. The sessions are held close to my work and Tim is very flexible with availability times. He has also trained me via Zoom and in my home when needed.I highly recommend Tim Woods of Clear Results Fitness. His professionalism and passion for what he does are second to none. Thanks to his knowledge, passion, and dedication to my personal fitness goals I was stunned with my improvement and after only a couple of months with Tim I am feeling and moving so much better. My pain in my knees and hips have subsided. Tim’s individualized training has given me confidence to start doing things I haven’t done in years. He is a true master of his craft. Tim is caring, non-judgmental and truly wants to see his clients succeed. Thank you, Tim, meeting you is life changing.

Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. He keeps the work outs fun and challenging. He is excellent if you need rehabilitation from an accident. I strongly recommend Tim.

My trainer at IHP introduced me to Tim today after I mentioned the nagging pain I'd had in my back all week. Tim very professionally assessed my issue - and then explained which various muscles (from my hips and throughout my back) caused the pain localized near my mid-back. He adeptly used his experience as a Neuromuscular Trainer to explain what he was doing as he massaged various muscles, always explaining the what and why as he did it. He asked for feedback continuously re: where I was sore and how sore it felt. Then he stretched me in various ways, again always asking for feedback: too little or just right? - never reaching too much.I felt MUCH better when Tim finished! I now know who to go to the next time I over do it.

I have been fortunate to know Tim for over 20 years. He has trained all my children who are now adults. I was experiencing lower back pain and foot numbness. I had been to two chiropractors and then an orthopedist and found no relief.. I crossed paths with Tim recently and he told me about his neuromuscular therapy. What the heck? I'll try it out. I've seen Tim three times and am already seeing a huge difference in my back and leg. Thanks Tim!!! Your're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended ****

I am one of Tim's new patients and originally went to see him to work on my neck. Once he improved my mobility after a couple sessions together he found tightness in my left leg which I later explained that I was subject to a rare condition known as Legg Calve Perthes disease a childhood condition that affects the hip where the thigh bone (femur) and pelvis meet in a ball-and-socket joint. Legg-Calve-Perthes disease occurs when blood supply is temporarily interrupted to the ball part (femoral head) of the hip joint. Without sufficient blood flow, the bone begins to die so it breaks more easily and heals poorly. I've been working with Tim to improve my range of motion and loosen up all of my ligaments taking more of what my body is giving me every session. Tim was able to locate the source of my pain right away and knew how to work on the pain through a multitude of differentiated techniques. It's all uphill from here thanks to Tim!

I have been working with Tim for 9 years. He is an awesome trainer who takes pride in his work. Tim has recently completed training and is now a Licensed Neuromuscular Therapist. I have been fortunate to avoid injuries but recently I hurt my shoulder. Tim was able to find the source of the pain immediately. He worked on the area and within 2 days I am almost completely healed.

I came to see Tim for neuromuscular therapy because i was suffering from pain in the back of my head. He walked me through the whole process and told me what was going to happen before, during, and after treatment. He performed a few assessments measuring my range of motion to see where my muscles were short/ tight or weak. He then worked on my muscles and loosening them up. after the initial treatment i felt better. The next day i felt 80% better. I had to see him for an additional two sessions to clear up my muscle shortness. He told me how it occurred and what to do to prevent it from happening again. He showed me a couple of exercises to do outside of seeing him for treatment. If you have pain or aches go see Tim before getting a massage!!

I am fortunate to have met and be training with Tim Woods, who has effected significant, meaningful improvement in my overall health and fitness. However, a frequent hip and back pain were present for which a back specialist M.D. could not solve.
