The employees at Deerfield Bank & Trust are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you. I have had interactions with both Liliana and Irina and they are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this bank.

Absolutely love this bank! It’s small enough for every employee to know you personally. From the personal bankers to the tellers and manager, they are friendly and caring. I wish all banks were like this! Highly recommended as the best bank in town!

Went to office to set up an checking account. Could not do it online. Staff was very helpfulStill will get $300 bonus assuming I follow rules.

Staff really tries hard to please customers while typcial bank paperwork and a bad ATM slow things down for customers.Online banking is the worst, though. Not like Chase Bank's. They require you to change your password every month and it's a real hassle to be within their strict protocol for a long, unmemorable password.They refuse to let the customer decide for themselves when to update their password. So online bank is S L O W. Prior, I used the same password for years at BMO without a single issue.Seems that their 2-step verify online ought to negate the need to have to change your password every month.

I love Irina Lazar, Jerry and Leena at DFBT because they do their job and are nice about it. I've decided that the world is filled with all kinds of ppl that sit at desks st watch the clock. Not at Deerfield Bank. THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEMS and banking is not a hassle anymore for me and my goldendoodle, Lily!

Their ATM constantly has issues and you have to make multiple trips just to make one deposit. Sometimes it's totally down and you have to wait in line for the only one teller working there.

Their ATM constantly has issues and you have to make multiple trips just to make one deposit. Sometimes it's totally down and you have to wait in line for the only one teller working there. Online banking the worst! Their online tech is 20 years old and password protocol a real hassle and not secure at all. Customer service - as long as it makes them money. Otherwise this bank is unable or unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue that hassle their clients.
