BiG "L" - They took my order and my money more than 24 hours in advance and then did not deliver my wife's Valentine's Day present. I received a confirmation that literally told me "Don't worry! Your order is confirmed." They never contacted me to tell me there was a problem. When I called, I was told. "Sorry, your order didn't print. So... we didn't do it and we are not going to do it because we are too busy and it is too late. You should get a charge credit in like three days." I was offered no remedy and no resolution, only an excuse and a "sorry." Seriously? You had one job.Also, I just read a review that said they are no longer open. They are open but you should avoid them at all costs.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to choosing this as my local shop for delivery or even pick up. My chocolate covered strawberries were not delivered within a time frame that I expected on the day of the graduation, but I understand that they run their logistics in a way that they think is best for their business. What I took exception to was the tone and attitude of the owner on the phone and in person. It's unfortunate that there's not more care and how people run their business and treat their customers. Don't shop here.

Terrible experience & customer service. Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. They were half dead upon arrival and in terrible condition. Called and spoke to a “manager” who was not willing to help at all because supposedly I was supposed to purchase a vase with water?? What a joke. She was unwilling to give me a refund or anything unless my sister brought them back to the store. My sister is a single mom with kids. Doesnt have time on the weekends for BS like this and I live in los angeles. Worst experience. Do not order here. Never dealing with them again.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Called to ask a question and the woman kept talking over me and told me to go online. She doesn't have time to answer questions when I asked her to please stop talking over me. She said I was talking over her and I explained that I was the customer. She could not have been any more rude and dismissive. we then called another store and were unable to get through to anyone. I do not think this is a reputable business anymore. Some of the worst customer service I have had in years don't waste your time or your energy.

Placed my Order with plenty of time to be deliveredon 2/8. I Called today just to see if everything was ok very rude worker messed up my order and delivered it today. Just a heads-up they don't deliver when you want them to.This store is very disappointing .

My fiancé got me flowers on Feb 14, 2023 from this location. He was in a hurry to get home, so he didn't check them before leaving. Once he arrived home, he saw that one flower was ROTTEN! So rotten that it had white and green mold on the entire flower. He submitted a complaint on their website and an employee call him saying that he would have to return them if he wanted a full refund. He suggested at least a practical refund because he didn't want to go back on Valentine's Day night and that he has pictures to prove how low quality their products are. The employee said no. This was a horrible customer service experience. All I can say is to refrain from ordering from this location.

Great location- I have to write and give a special shout out to Angelo. When Angelo is working, the store is running smoothly and guests are taken care of! Angelo us always hustling and moving fast to help employees and customers. He is always kind, pleasant and eager to help. It is rare to find someone with a strong work mentality and kind personality these days. Angelo is awesome and this is a great store to shop at!

Large selection of their famous truffles as well as other upscale chocolates I haven't found anywhere outside of the boutique. The saleswomen were very helpful and offered their own recommendations. I will return to this location.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....ORDER CANCELED. Placed online order 12/1 for 12/9 delivery, noting in special instructions "morning delivery". Received automated email confirmation almost immediately with no further communication from the store. Money was taken from my banking account on 12/2. Contract confirmed, right? NOPE! I jumped online the morning of 12/9 to track the order..no tracking. I called the store and spoke with a woman who told me my order would be ready at noon and delivered by 3pm. I didn't even have the chance to ask a question. She immediately went on the defensive telling me they don't guarantee delivery times. My dilemma...this purchase was for a corporate event that would be over with everyone leaving the office for the weekend by 3pm. My gripe... I work remote from another state and this was to be my contribution to the event. This store had several days to review my order, contact me to let me know they would not be able to accommodate my request, therefore denied me the opportunity to make other arrangements. I do not want to read feedback from the store telling the Google Review World they deeply regret or sincerely apologize, because this woman did not care in the least she had left me hanging. My suggestion, find a different franchise to buy from, or better yet, buy from Harry and David.

Stay away!! I will never be trusting edible arrangement again. Ever.A bouquet of soggy and spoiled fruit was delivered a day late (for a birthday). Very embarrassing for me as this was a gift for a very special person that I spent over $100 on. When I contacted them for a refund, they fought me tooth and nail and said it was my fault.How is this company still in business?

I received a lovely packaged arrangement from a fellow realtor and was sad to find that bc there was no indication to do otherwise, the package was left out in my office from 4pm when it was delivered until 9am when I picked it up. The flowers were fine as they were packed with a small amount of water to keep them but the chocolate covered strawberries were mushy and soggy, making the cookies soggy as well. They looked like they would have been yummy had there been instructions to refrigerate. When I called the Deerfield location advising them that the “edible” part of their edible arrangement was in fact not edible they unapologetically said it was delivered fresh. I suggested that perhaps they should indicate that there are perishable items that need to be refrigerated for future orders - again they felt they had done their part. I’m not impressed by their customer service. I threw out the goodies but kept the flowers. I wouldn’t recommend this service only because they did not see how their lack of guidance resulted in a subpar presentation. If you want to send someone a gift - make sure they are going to be there to receive bc these arrangements aren’t meant to sit out. Better yet, call a local business, not a franchise - they always take pride in their product and you won’t be disappointed.
