I had the absolute best experience and outmost professionally care for my car at the Firestone Complete Auto Care.!
Big shoutout to the Store Manager Mr. Daniel Macievic! The Service Manager Mr. Joshua Dominguez and my star mechanic experienced in air conditioning Mr. Alfredo Escareno.
I was treated with so much kindness and respect. These professionals went above and beyond the call of duty.
It was Saturday and they officially close at 6pm. They had told me my car would be ready by the end of the day, I work on weekends as a private tutor. I was really prepared to come the next day but they pushed through to keep their word and gave me my car at 6:45 pm.
I’m still in shock on how amazingly serious and extremely professional this gentleman are.
I hope if anyone has car troubles, you take a chance with this amazing team of very serious and honest professionals.

Best place I’ve ever gone to for car repairs. I’ve gone to pep boys originally for years and they never came close to giving me half as good of service Firestone gives me. I spent so much money trying to handle squeaky breaks, and pep boys always told me to replace them. Firestone found what the real issue was and let me tell you both me and my wallet are much happier. Also was having issues with the TPS, thought I needed new sensors for each tire. After getting them all replaced Firestone found that the issue was the module and not the individual sensors. They replaced all my sensors for free anyway. Dan and joshua are by far the most wholesome and honest mechanics I’ve ever interacted with, they have a costumer for life now.

My motorcycle broke down and they were kind enough to let me borrow their tools to work on it in their parking lot and let me keep the bike their overnight. I know from experience with auto shops how precious their tools are and what they did, they didn't have to do at all. Very kind people at this shop.

We blew a tire on the tollway on our way home to Wisconsin from Kentucky. They were so wonderful, squeezed us in and got a new tire put on so we could get home safely.

Very honest! Did not charge me for the diagnostic on my car, which would have cost $120.00. Suggested I needed to take my car to the dealer.

Had a problem with tire (from out of town), limped the car to Firestone, left it overnight. Contacted store (Dan) and he took care of it within hours...back on the road in no time ! Great service, choices, quality of workmanship, and timely !!
