I just want to say that Carla is fantastic at taking care of people at the Deerfield location. I love all the staff but she deserves extra Kudos as she takes care of every single customer as though they were a VIP. She is friendly and always smiling. She deserves to be recognized hopefully her leadership will recognize her with a good increase or a thoughtful recognition gift.

I will wished I can give this place zero stars. They had me wait over 20 minutes for $4,000. Bare in mind this is a wealth town. Anything under $10,000 shouldn’t hurt them.

Everybody at the location are very nice and always very helpful.Me and my wife had opened all our business' accounts at that location. And whatever assistant we ever needed it is always help there available.The staff is friendly and the service is great.Very well managed with exceptionally professional personnel.Always very responsive. This is the first bank I call for information and they actually pick up. I’ve called chase, pnc, us bank, and bank of america and I just end up meeding to leave a message. This bank is amazing for answering their phones
