I placed a curbside order as I am handicap and it was pouring. I arrived and checked in on the app. Waited 25 min in my car and nothing! I went inside and the person at customer service was sitting playing on his phone and didn’t even have the device near him which tells him a customer is waiting. Totally useless!!

I went to this Home Depot on my way home from work to get some electrical things. I did not really know what I was looking for but Kevin came to the rescue. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly! GIVE KEVIN A RAISE!!

Girl at the return counter was very nice, but wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item for the correct item, which is significantly higher priced. I told her i would pay the difference, but they will not do any exchanges without the receipt. The service was fine, but that policy should allow exchanges, esp when the new item is $100 more.

Very poor management. Most of the time you not gonna find what you need, employee Play hide and seek, you don't find carts for your need ,you have to wait average of 15-20 min if you need some help. Probably you have to revise all your personal here!
