Teddy and Kevin are the best! They're super friendly, competent, knowledgeable and efficient. Anytime I come here, I know that I'm receiving a great service at a fair price, and that's not something I can say about most other auto repair shops.

Deerfeild Waukegan Road
Going to this place for 3 years
They sell tiers and sell road H. Insurance,
Low air 3/4 times fixed and still air leaking and
Every time goes spent 15/30 mints and never fix properly don't go this place ripping off

I'm updating this review based on horrific service tonight. I hope this is just a one time event. I had an appointment which I made online. It took them a half hour to start working on my car and another hour to discover that there were not one, but two nails in my back tire. I had another appointment that I had to leave for. They did patch one at no cost, but wanted to install a new tire. I was running late at that point. My tire, which hadn't been triggering a warning signal, almost blew out two miles from the store. I could not believe the nonchalant attitude I faced from the front desk. I could have had a blowout. Additionally, the technician messed up my trunk looking for a key that I said I didn't have. I am honestly shocked at the poor customer service tonight, so much so that I don't know if I'd come back here.Just Tires Deerfield has come through for me twice in the last month! I truly appreciate how honest and thorough you are, and how you have been able to schedule me with two tire/road emergencies. I really can't thank you enough. The Just Tires that is closer to my house is usually not as accommodating, and in the case of one of Morton Grove's employees, rude and disrespectful. Thank you again for your great customer service.

Get on over to this place, they’ll take care of you and make sure you’re satisfied. No funny business, they are the best Just Tires in the area by far! Go see Kevin, he’s the best.

I stopped by Just Tires today, not for car service, but because I desperately needed to charge my phone. Teddy was incredibly polite and helpful, allowing me to charge my phone so I could get back on the road.
This moment of genuine consideration, even though I wasn't there for any car repairs, speaks volumes about their customer care. Based on this type of customer service, I will bring my car here for future maintenance if ever I'm in the area and in need of service.Thanks, Teddy and team!

First time customer here, i took my truck in because I was looking for new tires. The crew up front really helped with selecting my tires. The mechanics also found my front brakes were low on braking pad material, so glad they noticed that because I use this truck to drive my kids around. I was super happy with the end results, the brakes are night and day difference and the tires are super quiet going down the road. they definitely have themselves a repeat customer. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for tires or brakes.
