I've used labcorps for a while now, but this was my first time at this location. The technician arrived about 7 minutes late, but then she worked efficiently and competently for my simple blood draw.My concern is more with corporate: they need to update their GoogleBiz entry to display accurate opening and closing times (at both Deerfield and Gurnee, my original destination). I found out that morning on my way to Gurnee that they don't open until 8 am (which I learned from someone else's photo of their door) and then I found out after I got to Deerfield Labcorps that they didn't open until 7:30 by looking at the sign-in kiosk (see photo I attached).Finally, I signed in on the kiosk, but the technician said it wasn't working.The technician quickly checked me in and got the job done.

Overall great experience. I had to do a walk-in appointment due to time constraints, but the process was a breeze. I checked in using the tablet outside, the staff was very friendly and professional, walked out within minutes.

Absolutely unprofessional people work in this Labcorp office. Today she tried to take my blood 3 times, now I can’t even carry on my little baby because I have hard pain in my arms.

I had an appointment for 10am. I checked in 9:45am as instructions suggested. It’s 10:15 now and still waiting with no word form the staff.

AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE LAB. DO NOT USE IT! THEY LOST MY SAMPLE AND NOW I NEED TO RETAKE AND PAY FOR A $1,000 TEST BECAUSE OF THAT!!!!!Our son needed a specific urine and blood test within 24 hours of an exam per a federal government order. He gave blood and urine samples. The urine tests came back BUT THE RESULTS FROM THIS VERY LAB SAYS THAT THEY LOST THE BLOOD SAMPLE.

They canceled my blood draw (fasting) appointment 30 minutes before I was to arrive. The location isn't even open today, yet it allowed me to make an appointment days ago.

I had my first experience with Labcorp this morning. I could not be happier. My recommendation to everyone writing bad reviews is to make an appointment, show up early, and have your paperwork ready. Check-in went smoothly, and they even got me in earlier because I showed up a half hour early. If you do your part, the staff can do theirs.

My experience with Lab corp technician today was very unprofessional the woman running the test had such a bad attitude you would think she was being asked to pay for the test… Working with the public is stressful! But walking into a very hostile environment with an individual that literally can hold your future in there hands is worse… I will be filling a formal complaint with the Chief Legal Officer regarding today’s experience this woman work ethic seriously needs to be reviewed. Lab corp being a big company & working alongside with Walgreens should be held up to a higher standard…

The Labcorp system is a mess. I went for the second time to attempt to get a maternity screening after there was a communications issue between Labcorp and my insurance to be told that they had just run out of the test I needed right before me. Apparently there is no system in place to ensure that the tests for upcoming appointments are stocked. I tried to contact Labcorp customer service a few days in advance to avoid any other insurance / coding issues in preparation for the appointment, and the response I got made it clear no human being was actual reading messages with an intent to respond specifically to them. The Corporate line just keeps ringing with no answer.

Checked-in a few before 1pm. Didn’t realize they’re lunch is from 1-2pm, but no problem, I understood and left to wait elsewhere. Waited for a call a little after 2pm. Didn’t received a call so I called them. No one answered, so I left a voicemail. Drove back to Walgreens and there was no one to be found near Labcorp. By this time it was nearly 3pm. I called Labcorp again, no answer. I never received a call back, text, nothing. They never reached out. It is beyond frustrating when your time isn’t respected. This ended up being a huge waste of time.

I went there for my drug screening. I was treated very rudely and failed because I wasn't given another opportunity to produce enough urine.This has never happened before

The lady here has been super rude and failed to inform me of important information regarding getting an employment drug test. If she told me all the requirements from the start, I wouldn't have had to come here three times now. Today, they are closed (also would have been nice to know yesterday when I told her how urgent I needed this completed). Completely disappointed with my treatment here and hope they get another person who is more friendly and HELPFUL

Check-in card system broke. I mentioned to technician who told me, "It's not my problem." Hm... When she didn't have my info, confused, I said that I saw it on the screen out front. She snapped saying, "I don't need your attitude." Whoa! I debated leaving but needed these labs. I wrote to LabCrop and never heard back. To say that this tech, whom I've dealt with in the past, is disgruntled, is putting it mildly. She's downright scary. Will not return. Find another lab for your sake and safety, folks.
