Mark Drugs Northshore is a pharmacy that customers have used for many years. The people who work there are professional, knowledgeable, caring, kind, and like family. Customer service is good, friendly, and very direct and helpful. They are patient, kind, and understanding, taking care with specific needs like food allergies and compounded medicine. They explain how to give medications and offer advice. Communication is via phone, email, or text. While there can be occasional minor issues, such as a credit card machine that is buggy at times or a missed confirmation text for delivery, the overall experience is great. Customers recommend them for quality prescriptions and service for both people and pets.
Been going to them for 3-4 years and never an issue. Their CC machine is a bit biggy at times but they always get it in the end. Customer service is good and never had to wait more than a couple minutes in line or check out.

Edit: I've been there a bunch of time since, and the mean lady no longer works with customers. Without having to deal with her this place is great. Changing my review from 2 stars to 5.
