Great experience buying a mattress at Mattress Firm. Thomas did a fantastic job answering all my questions. He helped me compare different mattresses &select the right one for my needs. I got to try them all out. Great prices, great selection & variety.Update: Delivery was quick & easy! Deliverymen set up the new mattress for me & hauled the old one away. Excellent service.

Thomas was so helpful and knowledgeable. We got a mattress that works with both our sleeping preferences and he even helped us decide what we needed based on our bedframe etc. couldn’t recommend enough.

Valeria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the beds in the store and of items available online as well. If I’m ever in the area needing another bed I am sure to step by!Just received my bed as well. Delivery drivers were 10/10, they were punctual, efficient, and courteous.

I recently purchased a mattress and accessories from the Deerfield location and Steven and Sohail were absolutely amazing to work with. They were patient, professional, and best of all, they were not pushy. They both made for an enjoyable day of mattress shopping which I never thought was possible :)

our customer care rep Jivan was amazing! he helped me out to pick a mattress and gave me different options for payment. he let me try out a few mattresses and even kept switching between two because I have back issues, and we finally decided on one. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially Jivan!

I was presented with clear choices and my questions were answered. Order was written up promptly and I was on my way. I think I was finished in less than a half hour. The delivery was just as easy. About 2 minutes after I received the text that the delivery men would arrive in 29 minutes they were at my door. Put on their little red booties and took the old mattress out and the new in. Very friendly young men. Great experience from shopping to delivery.

Worked with Jeremy and Steve here to buy a new mattress and base. They were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly people. I really like their straightforward personalities and were very patient and willing to help find the best discounts and the best mattress for us. Strongly suggest this location.
