I moved to a bigger space and I have to say Jeffree was absolutely fantastic and was such a huge help with knowledge of the facility and knowing exactly what new storage unit I needed, & also so kind to offer hot chocolate and coffee while we were moving! Huge thank you to Jeffree!!!

My wife and I rented a climate controlled storage unit at Storage Mart at 2022 Waukegan Rd in Deerfield IL. Our customer rep was Nancy and she was excellent. From providing a prompt quote, helping us choose the right size unit, and providing detailed onboarding and move in instructions. Thanks Nancy!

I cant say enough about the customer service from Nancy at StorageMart in Bannockburn. She explained all the options and had good suggestions for selecting the best storage space to fit my needs. She is patient, professional, and friendly! If you are looking for a good place that can handle any extra storage needs, I highly recommend this location, especially the level of service you will recieve from Nancy!

This is the only storage company I found that was transparent about their pricing. I had no idea what an absolute racket the storage business is. Most companies offer “web rates”. But they won’t honor those rates if you go into the store. You want to see the unit first then sign up in store? No discount for you. How long is the introductory rate good for? They don’t know. You have to call the corporate number. And now you can expect daily calls from their sales team for weeks on end. You want to prepay for a year? You can’t. You can at best prepay for 4 months. Or 6 months. And then they will raise your rates. (This was true across the board, even this place). But I chose this place because they were the most transparent and because of a woman named Nancy who helped me the two times I went in before committing to them. She was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
