I placed a few orders here. One is the banner, which turned out great. Another one is the embroidery work on my vests. I inquired at few different places but they told that those are quite complicated work but minuteman had done a phenomenal job and the quality was great

I am an office manager who works out of the Lincolnshire business park, just north of this location. About a year ago we switched over to Minuteman of Deerfield because our previous vendor's pricing was out of control (especially at the volume we were running).
When we switched over it made a world of a difference! Since then, they have recently changed hands in ownership and the quality and communication have been phenomenal! I know we aren't their top account, so I recognize that they treat all of their customers like this- if there are any delays, issues, or updates, they reach out as soon as they can and are very accommodating.
A perfect example, is we have automated the business card process, so there is an email sent, post- employees filling out a form, where all of the info for that employee is in that email. Minuteman receives it and crushes the production from then on! We love working with them and all of the current employees/ownership there are incredible! I highly recommend using them for small-production to large-production printed items! Their kindness, adaptability, and overall experience Keep me coming back!
