Tried to go to the gas station to use the bathroom and was declined from using the bathroom just because I did not buy anything. Went across the street to the Shell. The gentleman had no problem with me using the bathroom. That is terrible Customer Service.

So, the hours listed for this place are until 10 pm. I walked over here from the train station because it's the only place open that sells cigarettes. It's 9:40 pm and the clerk tells me "no I'm closing" "but you're not closed, and you're supposed to be open until midnight" "no I'm ready to go home, I'm closing" what is that?? Why is the door still open then? Why are the hours listed so wrong if he's closing at such an odd time? Thanks for nothing guy.

Should have a separate review for \"Shin's Auto\", which is what I am rating. Mr. Shin, does very quality work for quite competitive prices. I have taken two old cars (and one fairly new one) there, for a variety of issues - and he does really great work for very competitive prices. He is busy for a reason.

I filled my gas tank with gasoline at this station and my car started to show the engine light. I called Jeep and they informed me that this may have been due to the poor quality of gasoline.

My father has taken and recommended all of our family to get their car serviced from Mr. Shin for YEARS. I'm talking tens of thousands and thousands of dollars spent with him and my whole family trusted him to fix their cars. Drove far even to support a good business. That is until now. His quality of work has gone down and completely unprofessional for a car mechanic. He's a rip-off. He never answers the phone, and when he schedules appointments and you show up and there's a sign that he's on VACATION?? The cherry on top was when my check engine light went on and he said it would be a couple hours to find out what was wrong. Told him and his assistant specifically to call me with an estimate before he worked on anything. Calls me later to say it was $495 and he already fixed it. No calls prior about what "issue" it was. THAT'S ILLEGAL. My dad also had work done on his car and was told it was a certain price. We go to pick it up and now it's $100 more?!? He's definitely taken advantage of my family and I recommend you go somewhere else.

The absolute best! Mr. Shin and his team are professional and most importantly HONEST. I can't tell you how many times I've brought my car in with a minor issue (like a squeaky door or something) and they've fixed it without charging me. Mr. Shin is a class act and I will not take my car anywhere else.
