Terrible customer service! I went there this morning for changing name on my account. The lady with glasses took other customer came after me not sure why. I was waiting patiently as she told me that she is going to be with me in 5 minutes. She and her colleague were still with that customer who came after me and it was more more than 5 minutes and I had no idea how long I need to wait. When other customer representative was available and wanted to help me , she told him that she is going to take care of me . No explanation, no apology! So he took the other customer who just walked in . I had to leave as it was so obvious that they don't want customers like me (Asian). I am going to other brunch to close my business checking account. Luckily I have many other options!

It's the neighborhood bank. The staff are helpful and friendly. This branch definitely has a local small business feeling.

Instead of explaining, they keep saying 'you were given a disclosure.' Does this work in any other industry? Sorry bubs, you were supposed to know that this was happening. No apologies. No waived fees. Last month, they charged me $7 ($8?) because their ATM ate my card. I needed a new card so they charged me for that.

This bank is a total scam. I go there with my college freshmen to get an account because they have a bank on his campus The Banker who helps us says great you just get the 3 in one account? They call the virtual wallet, one checking account for your day to day banking then another checking for your overdraft and anither for tour saving? I say no we just want a student account that does not charge a monthly fee explaining the bank on campus. To have access he just needs one account. So he signs us up with one account says fees will be waived while he is in school. Great he helps us sign up for online banking and gets us an Arm card shows my some how to use the deposit at the atm. 6 months later I have my son show me his account online only to find 4 seven dollar monthly charges! I am on the account as well so I call customer service and the nice lady explains no with the account we have there is a $7 monthly fee. Only no fee if we have that virtual wallet 3-1 cross sell scam account they force you to get. She was only able to waive $14 but would escalate it to another area and I would get a call. Fine I had my son go back to this branch and get it fixed. Instead of refunding the other $14 they had much son close the account and open the virtual wallet 3 accounts in one. Again cross sell garbage obviously the Banker is getting incentives for opening multiple accounts and the bank is padding the cross sell numbers. Sound like another bank in the news recently? So fine he needs an account on campus so he can get cash when he needs it as long as there are no fees. 3 months later I open a statement on his 3-1 virtual wallet only to find he is getting a $2 fee for getting paper statements. Something the Banker did not set up as he already has online. I call to speak to the manager and she won't take my call. I drive to the branch and the manager won't see me. Just sits in her office trying to look busy. I ask the Banker for the managers supervisor and he tells me she has to give it to me. Elizabeth Warren and states attorney should look into this place. I'm confident that what's going on here is the same as the other bank that has been in the news. Stay away from this bank don't leave your children alone here they will be taken advantage of.

They clerks have always been helpful. They took out the drive through in the past year which has made it less convenient for quick trips.
