Bad. Wanted to like this place because it's close to home. Tech was disappointed I didn't want her to use a razor on my heels, and then barely used pressure to use a foot file (think of an anemic mouse). Color was ok, but my feel don't feel smoother at all.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time, and I really love them! Friendly staff and affordable prices. Not really the place to go if you want a super-detailed design, but great if you want colors or a simple/basic design. Definitely try their cat-eye and sparkles!

It's 50/50; I absolutely love the pedicure, but the manicure is not so great.
My nail polish was not as promised. It didn't change colors at all.

I stopped in to get a no chip manicure. I had been here a few years ago and really liked it. It changed! A very young boy did my manicure. I have thin nail beds and prefer to soak them off vs using a drill. I had to tell him several times not to use the drill. When he finally agreed to soak them off, he put my hands in a bowl of acetone. This is so bad for you! It is much safer to wrap soaked cotton balls in foil...he said they had no foil. How does a nail salon have no foil? He also kept trying to remove my old polish by scraping his long finger nails on the old polish on my fingers....instead of using a tool. This was a really unpleasant experience!!! It felt so unprofessional and not clean. Two days later, the manicure is already chipping. And I have cuts in my cuticles from him digging his long fingernails into my skin. I will not return. I would not recommend.

Horrible. Went in for a quick fill and after 50 minutes I was left with unfinished nails with missing acrylic

I needed a nail repair on a busy Friday afternoon. I was taken in promptly and Dui repaired the broken nail, and touched up all of my other nails, so they matched. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went, they could not have been nicer.

All the ladies there are really nice. They have been able to accommodate time to come in, last minute. I’m always happy with my nails. Continue to come back every time.

For a moment when I walked in I hesitated if I wanted to stay because of the strong nail polish fumes. Opening the door especially now when the weather is nice would go a long way here. However they do wonderful nail job and do not skip any steps and are very detailed oriented. So I am very happy I stayed. My nail tech was wonderful she buffed and polished my nails to a perfection but was also very gentle. I felt very comfortable with her it was obvious she has been doing nails for long time. Pretty nails indeed.

Had a very positive experience with dip mani and regular pedi. Recently moved to the area and have been searching for a great local option. I have frequented salons all over Chicago and beyond and this one exceeded expectations! Will definitely be back!
