Absolutely one of my favorites go-to nail salon in the neighborhood for many years! ✨ The space is spotless, and beautifully designed that makes it so easy to relax and recharge. The nail technicians are highly skilled and detail-oriented, always delivering flawless results. It’s my little sanctuary for self-care and polished perfection.

I wouldn’t have even given 1 star, but had no choice in order to write this review. Can’t comment on how well they do nails, but can comment on the inhumanity and rudeness i unfortunately witnessed. My 98 year old dad, who still works hard to get out and enjoys a weekly manicure, was humiliated the other day! His manicurist, Amy, asked his caregiver if he could ask my dad to tip an extra dollar because he was only giving her $3. Not only did she ask, but when the manager bumped into my dad’s caregiver at Jewel, he mentioned it as well. We are talking about a 98 year old man, who brings his own clear polish, his own cream and doesn’t go if the shop is busy. He will no longer walk in there and I know it’s because he has been made to feel uncomfortable and recognizes how petty and rude Amy and the manager treated him. He would be upset that I have brought attention to this, but I am outraged! Amy, I’d love to know how $4 more a month can make that much of a difference to you and how it could be worth hurting the feelings of a 98 year old man! Shame on the manager as well!

This is a great nail salon! It’s my go-to since I moved to Deerfield in 2022. They always do a beautiful job and they almost always can accommodate a walk-in which is really convenient. Very clean and cozy atmosphere.

I have been going here for awhile, I don’t understand why there are bad reviews about the staff - they are always so nice and accommodating. They do an immaculate job and it’s clean and wonderful. My fav!

I’m typing this with my dip on from approx 3 weeks ago!!! I like queens nails. Went here for the first time and plan to go back this weekend to refresh my set. Nice staff. I walked in without an appointment and they welcomed me. Seemed to have loyal customers.They gave me a cute color idea and gave me a good manicure.Wish they had more dip colors and prices are high for where I’ve been before.Felt like I had to raise their stars bc they are higher than a 3.3.

So rude, they act so busy by no one is in there. The lady who’s in charge sits down and barks orders. Their polishing was terrible too. Stay away

They are just super rude. They don’t answer the phone and say Queens Nails. It’s like hello, what do you want type thing. If they can’t get you in when you want they are like yeah we don’t have any openings good bye vs ask if you can come another time. Everyone has an attitude. I gave 2 stars vs 1 because they do a pretty good job w your nails, but having to put up w the staff is often not worth it.Services: Pedicure

Worst place on earth!!!!
Never again!!!
Look at my pedicure, photo took when was drying nails, and when I asked to clean better they told that it’s clean!!!!!!
Don’t waste your time and money!!!

Thrilled they could take us the Thursday before king weekend during graduation season. My hubby and I both had mani/pedis. Everything was good -- water hit, massage great as well as hot wax for both hands and feet. Only negative was polish on hands only lasted 4 days before serious chipping

My experience was less than pleasant ,this place can care less about you - “the customer” it’s simply rude when you try to be pampered!In my experience this lady’s judge you from head to toe ,from what you are wearing to what you drive .Ridiculous! I pay attention and pick up cues ,also can recognize what energy is around meNot only I felt isolated during manicure and pedicure this ladies only speak their own language ( and a lot of times about you ,because you can’t understand their language)completely ignoring customer talking to each other like I didn’t existBesides ,I have never had pedicure for less than 30 minutes before.After spending $75 plus $15 tip and being there for 1 hr and 10 min for no ship and pedicure I left upset.My cuticles was not cured and looked untreated , nail tech ask no questions nor she cared ,no ship mani started to peel on 6th day,so you decide if you want this kind of treatment for your hard earned money !?Services: Manicure
