This is the FIRST gas station that not only has the cleanest bathrooms but the staff is friendly, professional and last but not least ethical.I believe the mechanic on duty is Bill and he has done a few repairs on my Yukon and I've never had an issue afterwards. Bill's rates are very reasonable. This is the place to go for repairs!

great service and HONEST service! Needed a new battery and Shell put it in my Kia yesterday. This morning I receive a call from them stating that the price of the battery was incorrect and they refunded me $63! Now that is fantastic AND honest customer service!

They have a tow truck on site and excellent mechanics if you are ever in a jam in the Deerfield area. Excellent service and turnaround time. Thanks again.

They can do routine stuff but don't know specifics like error lights on foreign cars, lamps, noticing flat spare tires on a Toyota.Reasonable prices and excellent customer service.They are not a body shop. They are auto mechanics.

Thanks old fashion gas Station nice and friendly service and a free air hose plus there's a Mechanic with 3 bays.. they can replace a battery, change or replace a tire, change the oil that's just a start. Full service

I like this Shell gas station.. It's like my grandparents had a long time ago.. It's a full service gas station. Thwll even come out and Pune the gas for you. If you need air in your tire the air is free and someone will come out and check and fill the tires.

Went in and told them about my car door issue. Car door wasn’t closing properly and the latch wasn’t level. The mechanic asked what was wrong and after I told him he said it seems like I “bent something” and needed a body shop. He didn’t even look at the car it was parked outside the gas station the whole time. I went to a shop nearby and the guy there fixed and adjusted the latch within minutes with just a screwdriver. How can you trust a place like this shell when they won’t even pull your car in and see the issue?!
