Remodeled our master bathroom. George was outstanding with his help. He's old school, which was great, but he also was willing to listen and work with our needs. We ended up using schluter profiles instead of bullnose, which turned out awesome. But the marble tile recommendations for the pony wall and shower seat were outstanding and really gave our bathroom that elegant touch. So excited about everything. Their return policy was great and they were spot on with the amounts suggested of materials.

This is the third time working with the Tile Shop and each experience has been excellent. This time we are totally remodeling our guest bathroom. We worked with Lana Medanovic, sales associate. She has a design background and really understands extensive selection of materials. Her enthusiasm and passion for what she does is contagious. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit the Deerfield store!

We recently used this tile store in Deerfield and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through their extensive selection of tiles. They listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect tile for our bathroom project. The showroom was well-organized and clean. The prices were also competitive compared to other stores we visited. Overall, we highly recommend this tile store to anyone looking for quality tiles and excellent customer service.

If I could go to zero, I would. Went in and spent 30 walking around waiting for someone to help me, and nobody bothered to approach. There were people available, but they didn't even so much as tell me they would be right with me. Nothing. I won't ever go back.

If you are looking for great quality and best customer service, The Tile Shop in Deerfield is THE place to go. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I worked with Donna who was beyond wonderful - so helpful, knowledgeable (with design and product) and patient with me while I worked through my decisions. I had a bathroom renovation that was starting immediately and Donna helped ensure that I received my tile within 24 hours of ordering. Hilmo, the manager, was also so helpful, informative and kind. He introduced himself to me while in store and was a great support while making my decisions. I highly recommend this location for all your tile needs. I will most definitely be a return customer!

I had the pleasure of working with Donna and Hilmo at the Tile shop in Deerfield while recently rehabbing my house. Not only were they pleasure to work with but they were both helpful, professional and very willing to provide me with the best, most competitive pricing. As an interior designer I understand how stressful it can be to make decisions about your home or your client’s homes, and they offered honest and insightful advice. You may be able to shop at Home Depot at a slightly reduced cost but the customer service you will receive at the Tile Shop is beyond compare. I highly recommend working with this exceptional staff if you are rehabbing or building a new home. Thank you both for your help!

I was so lucky to work with Ali, the assistant manager at the Deerfield store. He has a flair for design and instantly picked up on on how to best approach my two projects: a kitchen backsplash and a laundry room floor. Ali's work with color was spot on. He spent all the time we needed in order to understand what I was looking for and to guide me to the perfect tile choices. The tiles and supplies were available within days. I was amazed at how quickly I had finished products that were even more beautiful than I had envisioned. Ali and The Tile Shop have my full recommendation without reservation.

This place is the BEST for tile. I had been scouting out 3 or 4 other places, one, 20 miles away for me, when I happened to see an ad for The Tile Shop in Deerfield. This place was better than shopping in a bakery when you're hungry. They have so much and it's well organized. They also have at least twenty built in displays. Mareena Good helped me make decisions and get my order in as this was a rush situation. She made sure everything was in stock. One of the items had been discontinued and they did some searching and found enough tiles for me to get the project finished. They wound up making two deliveries to me in Glenview and the delivery people were so great I wanted to invite them in for dinner. This was a great experience, which could have been a disaster. Here is a picture of our new shower which we love.

Super annoyed with the Deerfield location. Hours on their website and google say closes at 7pm. Showed up at 6:05 to pickup an order that was prepaid for and supposed to be pulled and ready for pickup. Sign on door posts new weekly hours and they close at 6pm. Called the location from outside and could see the guy inside answer. Couldn’t have cared less. Closed. Update your hours online Tile Shop!
