This store has the most polite, professional, quick and smart people that work here. The store always smells so good and the people are also always in such a nice friendly mood. They really go above for their customers and really appreciate that stores like this are still around!!

Had an Amazon return with QR code. Someone new (have never seen her before) told me I “cannot return a package in the ‘product box’” despite Amazon often times shipping products in the product box. Made zero sense. Called Amazon and they didn’t understand why they didn’t take the package since they often ship in product boxes, and that there is no reason they shouldn’t take it. I think employees here need to be retrained…

I ship out hundreds of packages a month for my business and this ups / post office is by far the best one bar none. The staff is very helpful, kind, and patient. The service is always exceptional. Of the thousands of packages I have sent out ZERO have been mishandled or lost by them. Would give 6 stars if I could

I sent ten fliers to be printed to this UPS store. I had them printed on card stock. When I went to the store, I saw that compared to the .pdf I sent them of the flyer, the print quality of the fliers was low: dull and inaccurate colors and low-detail photos. I asked them to try printing the fliers on matte cardstock as opposed to the glossy cardstock they close, and they did, but the print quality was just as bad. I asked them if I had to pay for these fliers, and they said yes I did, so I paid. I believe they charged me half of what they were supposed to cost, but I'm not sure.
I would not recommend using the UPS store for any of your printing needs.

Both agents were so helpful. One stayed on the phone with me and gave me directions so I could find the store. The other offered to tape up my boxes for me and so it was a one-minute stop. Excellent service!

Owner Manher and the entire staff are always courteous and helpful. The packing quality is excellent and the price always fair. They’ve never let me down and I am there nearly every day.
