I had to contact my bank for a refund on two day shipping that ended up taking a week. After a service that was promised & not provided, I was promised a refund check in the mail a week later. After almost a month, I called to find out that they were never going to give me a refund. Thank gosh for the bank because they disputed the charge for me. Definitely chaotic.

Order was not ready when told that it would be. Waited 15 minutes and their printer ran out of toner... had to leave. Very disappointed.

So far this has been one of the better UPS stores I have dealt with pretty regularly. I send a fair amount of returns here and have always been in and out quickly and staff has been just fine.

I recently sent a framed painting to a client to the east coast. The UPS store professionally wrapped, boxed and shipped the painting which arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Don't even think of using this store.. even with insurance they will loose your package.. deliver to wrong address and claim it was delivered! even delivered to wrong address they will close out your claim!Additional.. submitted claims to ups corporate and ups store corporate. Deerfield store shipped to incorrect address.. refuse to cover any losses

These people hate their jobs.. this is a consistent thing at all ups stores in the north shore.. they are rude and impatient.. if you have Amazon packages to return BEST OF LUCK

This is how cheap the UPS store is. Amazon requires some returns go through UPS. This store refuse to take an email of a pre-printed UPS label, they wanted to charge $1.08 for each label to be printed out in order to turn around and charge their crazy high rates for shipping. no thanks. Will never ever come back to the store. Happy to drive to Bannockburn to the shipping store there. I know they will take care of me for a fair price

This UPS location is the worst ever all because of the Indian staff who works here.(I don’t know his name ) He is so rude and unprofessional. He needs to get fired and reported. Will file another complaint against him through UPS customer service.i've never encountered with such worst human being in life.

In March, 2022, I shipped cookies to my daughter out of state. Instead of receiving the cookies, she received a painting.I called the store and explained the situation. The store had Andy, store employee who mixed up the packaging labels and packages, investigate. He learned that the people who received the cookies ate all of them. But he said he wanted to get the painting back and refund me for the cookies and shipping.In early April, I called Andy when I had the painting back. Andy said he would come pick up the painting at my house, and bring me my refund. We arranged a time and Andy didn’t show up.I called and he said, ‘oh we might have found your package. If we did, I can’t refund the money. ‘ I reminded him that my delivery had been cookies and even if they did find them, they would be no good anymore. Plus he told me the people ate them.He suddenly remembered and said he was confusing this with another mixed up order. He than arranged another time to pick up the painting and bring me my refund But all of a sudden, he was having trouble finding my info in their computer. But he said he found it and would come by the next day.Andy never showed up to pick up the painting or to give me my refund. Even though he had all my information, he never contacted me again.I wouldn’t have left this review if the store had rectified the problem but they failed miserably.Update: the day after the review was published, Andy suddenly called me. He said he was waiting for my call. Not true. I corrected him. Then he said he was going through a lot of stuff at that time.In any event, he said he was going to reach out to the people with the painting and would call me the next day.The following day I get a call asking for a different person. I recognized the number and said who I was. Andy asked if I would come in and he would give me my refund. I asked if the check was written and Andy checked with the owner and said it would be in ten minutes.About half hour later, uPS store called again, asking for my daughter. I explained again that the account was under my daughter’s name. He then pressed me to come in soon.I went to the store, although he originally promised to pick up the painting and give me my refund. When I got to the store, I brought them the painting and they gave me my refund.A few hours later, Andy called and apologized again. He asked if I was satisfied. I said ‘as much as I could be.’ Then he asked if I would consider removing my review.I told him that I’d think about it. And I have. So I will revise my review. Because under the pressure of the bad review, they rectified the problem. But it was a process and aggravating and not good business and not how they originally promised. So I take that into account.

This UPS location is the worst ever. The Indian staff here is very rude and not helpful at all. Went there to print some stuff and he made me wait for 30 minutes and told the other old staff who works there to tell me to keep waiting while he is serving other customers. He needs to get fired because he doesn't know what he is doing whatsoever worst person I've ever met.
