Incompetence reigns suppreme at this location. Nothing but fingerpointing when they screw up. Called my yesterday just to waste time. No, I don't enjoy chatting with my banker. He wanted information he already had . . . I guess he doesn't know how to access his own bank records. Chris just wastes time . . . maybe he doesn't have enough work to keep himself busy. But, moving up the ranks, their HQ isn't much better, and the CEO doesn't know how to reply to inquiries. You're better putting your money under a matress than dealing with these people.

We have had superlative service for our several accounts, safe deposit box, and wealth management assistance. Several different bankers have provided this outstanding, trustworthy help over many years.

Chris the bank manager refused to assist with serious overcharge issues on a closed down account. At peak pandemic he insisted that I couldn't close the account without coming in and the fact that I emptied it under advice of customer support was a mistake, and the account was shut down and threatened with credit reporting for an outstanding balance of 40$. Why 40$? Because they decided to not alert me and continue charging fees freely on an account I was told is shut down.This branch manager would rather insist you pay a $40 extortion than offer any genuine assistance to resolving a matter during peak pandemic. I have and told him there is immunocompromised people in my household. I'm not coming into to deal with this. US Bank by far has the worst app, website, customer service, and people of any bank I have used, and I have used about 4 different ones regularly.Chris the manager has proved this bank has no ethics or will to help. Stay away.

This branch doesn't have a notary. Maybe they don't process loans or any offices documents. USELESS.

This bank is a total joke. Somehow worse than other awful large banks. Jim Carrillo really made the loan process 10x longer and more difficult than it had to be, clearly inexperienced and extremely unprofessional. Would avoid this bank at all costs.
