I called to have my insulin refilled on Friday, and told they would have it Monday. Now it's Monday and I'm told they put the insulin in Sunday and it will be available Tomorrow. Now I have no insulin and Walgreens keeps giving me different Walgreens to call. So far, I am without my insulin for tonight! This is unacceptable and I am very upset. I don't know what happened to Walgreens but it is a shame. Healthcare is going downhill and pharmacies are leading the way.

I want to leave a review on the store located on 24th & Vinton St. in Omaha Nebraska . The staff in the Pharmacy is so incompetent . I've been going to that location for years and for years they have not once got my medication right. I could go on and on but just one example is, today I went to pick up a specific medication and they gave me a bottle of something totally different but the paperwork that was stapled to the bag was the medication I needed. EVERY TIME THEY DO THIS TO ME AND I AM TIRED OF IT

The store in Danville illinois is understaffed, always busy, always a very long line. There is no place inside for disabled people to wait, except to stand in a long line. The drive-thru is always backed up around the corner and the wait is up to an hour. I'm transferring to CVS.

Walgreen’s is the worst customer service of all pharmacies. None of them specialize in it but Walgreen’s takes it to a new level. The rudest and most inconsiderate employees anywhere. If your doctor fails to include anything on the prescription, Walgreen’s will just give you half the prescription without even telling you. Every prescription requires you to give - orally - the residential address as well as your phone number. Why don’t you just ask for my ID? For Lipitor? There’s a black market for cholesterol medicine? Walgreens doesn’t have customers, they have hostages.

Horrible experience at Round Lake Beach, IL pharmacy. I don't want to go into long 2 day ordeal about their inefficiency and complete lack of customer service I just want to give them a -10 rating. Don't ever go to this place. I'm switching pharmacies immediately

I got let go from Wallgreens the Friday before Christmas. 12-22-2023. The store manager Wendy called me up to say that a third party terminated me..ni reason. Penny Doyle, Channing Boyd and, Ellen and the regional HR Sue set me up and got me fired. That is after the OSHA standards were not met by storing things in the electrical room, allowing associates riding around on their electric wheelies during business hours and allowing them to take products 'out of date' home for free. That is theft. The ladders are also not up to standards for Oshawa compliance. There is no accountability held for associates in the store and the management team is far from par to standards. Almost as bad as the 16th street store in moline. Good luck and will not be going the in fear of my safety.

It’s because of the rude high school age chick at Walgreens that I became a loyal CVS customer spending around $7000 a year with them.

Why do you ignore customer calls/emails and arbitration requests? You yourself are in violation of your own Policy of not being a member of the AAA. I want my $530 in Rewards Cash. I will not go away until I get it. I've been asking for a response since June 2023. TIME TO FILE LAWSUIT!!!

I am older and found I never had chicken pox. I scheduled an appointment to have my first vaccine and almost walked out as the pharmacy employees were SO rude! In hindsight, I should have walked out. THEY scheduled my appointment for my second vaccine 3 weeks from that date (today). I arrived 10 minutes early and, after the pharmacy tech looking in the computer for 15 minutes, was told the vaccines had to be given 4 weeks apart, not 3?!?!?. Come on, people. We can do better!! Oh, I forgot to mention, I am a veterinarian and deal with vaccinations every day, and I know this is not how the immune system works. I won't be back.

My prescription was sent to Walgreens on the second of February it is the 13th and they still don't have it what is going on? It's the same thing every month!
