Pretty bad pharmacy. Very disorganized and long lines. There are a ton of inexperienced workers behind the counter with little to no leadership.

Well, the way they answer their phones and their attitudes speaks for itself. Mr. Walgreens fire every last one of them and you gotta be trained these people. Thank you.

Changed their phone so it goes to call center rather than pharmacy and yet the call center never is able to resolve issues. As I have seen in other reviews, they regularly are not able to refill prescriptions when they are due. Currently I am being told I need to wait an extra week, over 5 weeks past my last refill for a medication I receive 30 day supply of.

The pharmacist are not very friendly and they don't answer the phones. So much for help from pharmacy

The pharmacists who work here are absolutely wonderful. They work extremely hard and really know their stuff. Unfortunately, they are not given adequate support staff, so there can (and usually are) long waits. In my opinion, the waits are annoying, but worth it to get good care. They now have delivery services, so that’s really been a big help for me.

This location has the rudest manager, when asked basic questions, she threw her hands around and acted like it was such an inconvenience. I am shocked at how rude she spoke to me and the people I was with Especially around the holiday season. Customer service is supposed to be positive and help in any way possible.

Unprofessional staffs! I’m always waiting over 30 minutes! But today I called to check on my prescription, I was told it will be ready at 7 pm, I called again at 8:25 pm I was told it’s not ready, I drive there and it’s not ready!!! Then the drive through assistant told me to move and wait for them… !!!! If I move I’ll be waiting for an hour like I waited 2 days ago. It’s not a fast food!! It’s a pharmacy! Don’t tell sick people the prescription will be ready by 7 and it 8:40 and it’s not ready, but you still want them to move from the way so they can wait more while they’re sick! Very bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend. I just noticed the bad review score it has.

Customer service of sales associate behind front counter (Patricia) was very unwelcoming. She couldn't find one of my photo order that I had placed online (showed email receipt and email confirming that it's ready), but instead of trying to find the order or another way to solve the problem, it was just "I don't have this", "I don't see it here". The facial expression and tone of voice was just not very friendly. Walgreens needs to train better!

EVERYTIME I call this pharmacy you have me on hold for 20 minutes minimum or longer mean while consistently answering the phone and putting me back on hold. I call from other numbers and some how some way get connected with no issue while I'm sitting on hold for 25 minutes on my other line. Literally worst customer service just to get a basic answer for a question that takes less than 1 minute. Yall should have a designated tech to man phone and fill orders. Or walgreens collectively needs a pharmacy tech support center. This just sad I could have drove there faster than yall answer phones

The drive-through service to the pharmacy has gotten slower and slower over the years. Sometimes you have to wait 1015 minutes other times it’s fast it’s unpredictable.

Might as well go in person. You'll never get help over the phone. You'll be on hold and it will say "we're sorry blahblahblah" every 15 seconds..

Let me start with I've never used the pharmacy so can only speak to the store. The staff is friendly, every time I have gone, there has been a decent number of cashiers and I've never had to wait a crazy length of time to check out, and the place is always clean and well stocked. If I need to grab anything quick or health and beauty/medicine related, this is always my first stop.
