The store reeked of cigarette smoke right when we walked in. The bathrooms are disgusting. There are also false prices on things. We bought something clearly advertised as 19.99, and she charged us $2 extra before tax. We pointed it out, but she didn't seem to care and just said this was the price.

Bathrooms are disgusting. No toilet paper, haven't been cleaned for days. Fountain pop area hasn't been cleaned all day. Trash all over the floor.

Everytime I get gas the pumps all of a sudden are turned off as soon as I get to the pump. Pretty sure cashier is just turning them off when he pleases to piss off everyone that actually needs gas to get to work in the morning. He’s Never at the register and doesn’t care about his job and never has receipt paper. Has to be the worst gas station I’ve ever been to.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Filthy! Was going to buy packaged donuts but instead decided to leave. Go somewhere else, skip this place. Floors dirty, bathrooms look like they are an outhouse! Employee is completely filthy and dirty; even his hands! Go elsewhere!

Insanely unsafe location due to cashier.
Got gas in my car & came in to use the bathroom.
Noticed the cashier staring at me when I came in. When I came out of the restroom they pointed me out to some other man. I got into my car (and instantly locked the doors), I was planning on looking around the oasis, after realizing it was not all attached.
But the guy I was pointed out to started getting too close to my car for no real reason, so for my safety I had to leave.

I wouldn't eat or drink anything in this 7-11 after using their washroom. Thus may have been the most disgusting place I have ever been. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 3 weeks. There were about 10 pieces of gum in the urinal, not to mention the brown liquid all over the floors and the hairs all over the sink and urinals. I was going to get coffee from here, but after seeing what I saw, there wasn't a chance I was drinking the coffee. It was probably made the last time the place was cleaned. Stay far away!!!!

Sign said $3.92 per gallon for Diesel but I was charged $4.75 per gallon on my receipt. Went in with receipt to let them know and get a credit, but they told me I had to talk to the manager. Couldn't give name or phone number. Told me to come back 2 days later! This is an oasis, so obviously, we aren't in the area. Ridiculous!
Follow up to this... I did finally get to speak to the manager on the phone, after complaining to corporate office. She told me I would get a check in the mail for the $30 I was overcharged. That was 3 weeks ago. Now she's ghosting me. So my next call is the Attorney General’s Office. It's the principal and I wonder how many people they ripped off who didn't notice.

For 1, why do yall have a phone if y'all will NOT answer it for anything? I've called multiple times, but still, this store will NOT answer the dang phone at all and when I called this store wasn't busy at all so therefore yall can NOT use that excuse

This store is just there to serve people who are running on fumes and have to get gas to get to the next station. Otherwise noone would want to stop here in their right mind. Place is in shambles
