Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Only 45 minutes from walk in to walk out. I was so impressed I made another appointment for front brakes at a very reasonable price. Brakes were also about a 45 minute job. No complaints and all good marks. Would definitely recommend and will utilize them again.

Came in there for an alignment. Left and went to get food. Within 10 mins they called me and told me that i needed a ball joint and tie-rod. Told me to have it fixed and they could do the alignment. Honest people are hard to find. Will be back to have an alignment done after front end job. Customer for life here now.

My husband had been a customer of this place long before we were married.Now married, we have had them service the various vehicles we've owned for nearly 25 years.Archer Alignment does NOT disappoint!!Now we live 8 hours out of state. Sure do miss their service. However, on a very recent drive back to visit I encountered front right wheel issue/s and I thought perhaps brakes and who knows what else!!Dana(the owner) was able to get me in within just a few days.The technician that drove the car and ultimately identified the problem was Jake. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and kind. He gave me much needed relief when he fixed the problem (lug nuts LOOSENING during my 8 hr. Drive!!) and assured me the car was safe for travel.I'm Extremely grateful to Archer for getting my car in and fixing what I thought would be a monumental problem!!Do not hesitate to use Archer Alignment!! They know their business and how to keep repeat customers for Y E A R S !!!!
