Tried to buy a cell phone for a young person today. Asked him to call me when he was ready to check out at the store and I would give my Visa number to the cashier. Multiple attempts to do it on line, never received my code, saying that they couldn't take a card over the phone, and that my status didn't make any difference, ultimately requiring I drive the 20 minutes to the store to get the young man his phone and off to work. I have been a premium member for years but it seemed that the staff took pride in assuring me that they were protecting me from scammers rather than serving a long term customer. I asked for the store manager but the young man who showed up clearly was not a manager.

Went in to buy a TV, web said I could pick it up in-store but they could not find the product. I had to buy it elsewhere.

Smaller Best Buy than others. Quite a few very helpful staff available. Seemed like they didn't carry the selection of products I am used to in a larger store.

This store simply doesnât need to exist. Everything they have labeled as âin storeâ in their app isnât actually there. This has happened every single time Iâve been there for something specific. Iâm not sure what the point is of having a physical location if you stock nothing and have no intention of restocking the items you advertise are available. Seems like a gigantic waste of resources and everyoneâs time.

My experience was horrible. I came to the store because I had an interest in buying a smartwatch. As the sliding door open I was immediately intercepted by loss prevention I would assume asking me by business for coming in. I stated I was coming to see about purchasing a device. I proceeded to the cell phone area to wait for further assistance. While waiting for any assistance 2 of the 4 individuals at the entrance came over. One walked behind the desk as I stood in front and the other on the side with arms fold watching me like there was some sort of an issue guarding. Immediately I spoke up because this behavior caught me off guard. On this day this bestbuy store loss out on 649.99$ plus tax. Honestly I doubt i ever shop at this location in the future. My ethnicity should not dictate how I am approached when trying to make a purchase. As a grown adult I do not need to be babysat. I've worked over 10 years in security and must say that this location needs diversity training. I'm curious to know how much money has walked out the door for these practices. To top it off the Caucasian males who first came then left and I was help by and African American male whom proceeded to help. Then the the one guarding the end off the counter stood in the aisle behind the desk observing while I was trying to conduct my business. Never in all my 40 years have I had to endure these practices. Gladly took my business across the street to AT&T and made my purchase. Took me two days, but never felt better with spending $701.99. If I was a secret shopper hands down they would have failed. Treat every customer with dignity and respect.

I preordered a Pokemon Surging Spark from her for the Surging Sparks promo cards you get for the preorder. Come to pick it up and the cashier has no idea what I was talking about and hands me 2 promo cards from a different series. Not only that, but some other dude, maybe a manager or team lead, says to me âits just 2 cards.â When I ask for the promo cards. I still ordered here FOR those cards, hand me what I ordered? They also said âit says 2 promo cards, these are promo cardsâ despite them being a different one completely.
Will be coming back here for when Best Buy has good deals but honestly, contemplating driving the extra 20-30 minutes so this place doesnât get my sales. Honestly, I didnât care that much about it until the other dude said that comment because it inconvenienced him. Donât have a job if you canât be bothered to do it.
DO NOT PRE ORDER HERE IF YOU GET A BONUS FOR ANY PRE ORDER, YOU WONâT GET THE ITEM.

I'm not happy with the total protection (corporate) part of Best Buy. I was actually told by the woman on the phone I could not talk to a manager. Blew my mind. However, I will say Trey from the Dekalb store did try to help. He spent a few hours with me, trying to make sense of it all. Mind you, I was frustrated the entire time. I would say he went above and beyond. I will definitely give him a SHOUT OUT.

This place can't even handle a simple pick up of an item. Employees stood around while I waited at the pick up line. Then got the run around for about an hour to get told I still can't receive my item. Worst bestbuy I've been to. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I made my appointment over the phone. This was the worst experience dealing with a company in my life. It took 3.5 hrs just to get a hold of the person who could make my appointment. Putting in 3.5 hrs of my own personal time so a company can provide me a service is the most absurd idea to me, but it was for my daughters graduation. When I finally spoke to a representative who could help, she said my experience was normal and there was nothing she could do to fast track getting to her department. So, I notified her I had bought the Bluetooth Stereo with a Touchscreen from Amazon. I asked if this would be an issue for BestBuy to install. She said no, because she put it in the notes and theyâll know before I arrive. I drove 65 minutes to this location to have the Bluetooth Stereo installed to be told from the technician at the store that they cannot install any systems that arenât purchased from BestBuy. I told him what the I was told by the representative over the phone and his response was âI donât know why they would tell you thatâ. So, i spent nearly 5 hours trying to get a company to take my money and they are so disorganized they didnât make any money. The worst experience of my life as a card holder for this company. I will be ending my relationship with you as soon as possible
