I recently purchased a vehicle from Manning Ford in DeKalb, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
Ed was my salesperson, and he went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered clearly and honestly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process comfortable — no pressure, just genuine help.
In the finance department, Rich was excellent as well. He explained all of my options in detail, helped me find the best terms, and kept everything transparent. Both Ed and Rich worked together seamlessly to make sure the deal came together exactly as discussed.
