Had a very terrible experience today, but now several times while having to shop at the closest store in walking distance for me and my two daughters. Every time I've gone there I've had a bad experience with the same person. My receipt says Jennifer. Today specifically was the tipping of the iceberg and I will not be returning to their store even if I have to walk to schnucks or somewhere further distance with my again two daughters that I must push in a stroller. Today, Not only did she question me being the accurate card holder of the coupons I tried to use and then didn't let me use them even when I said I could show her proof of my identity and then proceeded to check my $10 bills to make sure they were real. She also thought it was okay to ask me how I paid for my stuff on the old receipt with coupons, and when I told her it was Link card she looked at me questioning because it was hair product, then I felt I had to tell her I had bought for my daughter the product with my Link card cash benefit. She profiled me every time I've gone there and I am feeling very uncomfortable by the whole situation. They need to really step up their game on their customer service there. I'm going to attach a picture of the product that I bought next to my receipt so that they can see that, I really was the one that bought the item from the coupons I tried to use on other receipt. It's not even about the money. It's the principal. Thanks to once again another bad experience for no fault of my own. This store has the worst customer service in town coming from somebody who worked in a grocery store for over 4 years. I worked at a customer service counter. They shouldn't be allowed to have somebody like that working with customers.

I went to this store to purchase a few essentials items including an NIU shirt. I ask the man with the name tag "Dan" for help because the prices wasn't clear on multiple shirts. He just basically accused my concern and told me to use the price scanner. I finally chose a shirt and went to self-checkout; where Dan comes up trying to help me out. When I didn't need anymore assistance, the bar code wasn't scanning at all for me or the cashier. In which Dan never helped the other employee either who had the same issue. This shows what type of employee CVS has and isn't my first time here. But I'm 100% unsatisfied with my experience.

The personnel at the Cal CBS are the most arrogant slowest moving people I’ve ever seen in my life they tell you your stuffs ready it’s not you call them they won’t answer the phone they let it ring and ring and ring they tell you that’s a lunch hours from 1:30 to 2:30. I’m here at 3 o’clock. If they’re just restarting this place sucks do not shop here.

True patriots!! They worked with me through the VA so I didn't have to drive 2 hours with pneumonia for medical. It was allot more work for them then an average civilian pick up. They helped me with great haste, happiness, and kindness. Walgreens refused to work with the VA and support combat vets. Like I said CVS=patriots. I no longer will give business to walgreens and I've already spread word to my fellow veterans, CVS, not walgreens.

Different run-ins with the pharmacy department here, but here was this month's occurrence: I drove up two days ago to pick up my dogs medication. After being notified that it was ready several days before hand, I was told that the prescription would be ready in 20 more minutes. I came back and was given a total that was double what it should have been. This has happened before, so I mentioned it and the pharmacist assistant was clueless. The pharmacist knew full well that this was going to happen and says it's because he has to file a new NPI every time we pick it up and that it's just a glitch in the system (Last time we were told that the doctors license was expiring and that was why). We gave it a full other business day and it still was not ready. Outside of that, their pickup window was still locked and they didn't even have their computer on.... AN HOUR AFTER OPEN. My problem here is that they've had this happen several times and KNEW this was going to be an issue. Instead of taking care of it ahead of time, they wanted to see if I was dumb enough to pay the full amount and made me come back... twice! We'll be switching back to Walgreens even with the increase in price.

Today, I came into CVS to get prescriptions filled by the pharmacy. As I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant young black man as a pulled my carry on luggage behind me. After dropping off my prescriptions, I came back to the front of the store and asked what coupons did I had on my account. The young black man was eager to help me and whoa to my surprise I had a $5 off of any purchase. So I looked around the store to see what I wanted and settled on what I needed- toilet paper. 3 rolls at a $1.69 a piece which came out to $5.08. I didn't have the 8 cents. As I was going to ask the customer who was so kind to let me cut in head of her in line to be serviced by the manager who said " We don't beg, bother, or badgered other customers but we should come prepared when we come to the store". I said" for eight cents?". ". No one would consider it a bother if someone needed eight cents to complete their purchase"." You are being ridiculous by preventing from completing my purchase" as she removed one roll of toilet paper from my order and finalized my order as I said let me put all of these back and get something else which she responded too late I finalized your order and you are being disrespectful. Disrespectful?! If a store manager acts as if she is above you and you are beneath them and I have no right to respond to their their snide remarks without the risk of being trespassed or ask for the number of their district manager without the chorus of I can't wait because you were harassing the customers. How do you harass a customer when you never ask them anything in a free market economy in a free democratic society?I wondered who was the " We..."in her statement? I had people ask me if I could spare a quarter in order to complete their purchase plenty of times and I never felt harassed or bothered. I rarely asked for anything because pride gets in my way. I was a homeless veteran for years because I didn't want preferential treatment nor be a bother to my family who offered me a place to stay but pride got in my way.So for me to ask for 10 cents to complete a purchase for a necessity wasn't ego, wasn't pride; I thought it was just being human but I guess the store manager didn't see it that way even though without her knowledge I asked some of the rest of CVS employees " Would you considered it harassment if I asked you for 10 cents to complete my purchase?"The humane answer" Not at all but I don't carry cash". " I wouldn't consider it harassment - sometimes we all just need a little help".So corporate- does she represent your company's creed? Or does her subordinates?

I went to pick up medication for my daughter and they did not put a measuring cup or stick or anything for that matter to measure out the medication. I call this morning, and I ask why is there nothing to measure her medicine, and they tell me,"we don't always put a measuring cup/stick in the bag, but you can come to the pharmacy and get one if you need it now" noni needed ot like yesterday but ok thanks. That's dumb who gets medicine and then they don't put it into the bag? Makes no sense.

My son is a 1st year student at NIU, living on campus. The health services office called in a vitamin prescription for him. He does not have a car on campus and wasn’t able to pick up the prescription quickly. I was there visiting this past weekend and went to the pharmacy to see what I could do about the prescription. Their pharmacy team was amazing. They were friendly and accommodating. The medicine was ready in 5 min and costed less than $1. As I left, I literally said, “if only everything could be this easy”!

I can't EVER get someone on the phone. The automated system pauses for 15 seconds and then hangs up. Seriously? I have a question regarding in stock items and can't just drop everything to drive 30 miles to your store, just to f8nd it out of stock. Thanks for helping me decide that CVS is NOT the pharmacy for me.
