The associates there in the pharmacy are very nice. But they had a lot to do and they need more people back there. They apologized that they were busy and that was very nice. But you need at least 2 people for one or the other to jump on the cash register.

App is very reliable for medication refills. But can use better accuracy for the status of the medication. It is a bit laggy.

On brand for dekalb, i arrive at 12:52 and the pharmacy is supposed to go on break at 1:30 til 2 instead theyre doing a hr and a half lunch. This isnt isolated to cvs all of dekalb is like this. Every business closes early and just doesnt care

1) While in store to pick up a prescription the pharmacist publicly berated an employee for making a mistake. She was rude and kept at it and the other employee looked like she was going to cry.2) I called to ask them to cancel a prescription. She asked if I wanted it put on hold. I said no cancel it. She didn't so I had to call back.3) Incredibly rude person on the phone. Gave me lots of attitude and used a snotty voice then when I was still talking slammed down the phone.**If my insurance didn't require using them I wouldn't!!!

I used to love this pharmacy, but lately they've been really understaffed. They don't answer phones and the lines are always long. I will happily update my review if this changes, but right now I am frustrated.

Every time you call, you'll be listening to hold music for at least 10 minutes. Currently on minute 11 waiting to speak to someone. Updating. Minute 15 on hold. Updating again. Minute 20.

Very poor customer service. I went to the counter to pick up my scripts, when they rang up my insurance coverage was not included. I told them something was wrong. They then informed me they were closing right now for lunch and would be happy to help me after their break.

I've been with CVS since I was 16 and when I moved I came here. I've had problems with CVS before but had hoped they would not continue here. In person the staff is great but over the phone I guess the manager got a little more courage than she has when she's staring right at you. I called with a question about a refill and was met with quite a snooty and irritated attitude. They also can't seem to change my address in the system even though I've told them it in person 3 times. I'm highly disappointed because there are two gentleman there who are wonderful at their job and I enjoyed seeing them but sadly will not be going back because of their boss.

I was having trouble with Walmart filling all my prescriptions and they would keep telling me come back Monday, Wednesday and they will be in. Nope. So I was sent to Target and the pharmacist personally took care of me. I had him transfer all my scripts to Target and the lines are very small, yay!. The people behind the counter are always smiling and there is more than one person waiting on everyone. I love it here, will not go back to Walmart. 11/9/15 Walmart messed up my monthly prescriptions and with my last month of drugs, I was short on one of them. Pharmacist called my doctor for me and got a month so I could make it till my doctor's appointment. I didn't even ask them to do it, they just did. NICE Job friends.

The best pharmacy I've ever been to - no kidding! Great personnel, great service - always. My questions get answered, and I feel as if I have a whole team of professionals on my side, concerned about MY health. Friendly, quick service that saves me time and money - both very important to me. I've tried other pharmacies, but Target Pharmacy in DeKalb is where my business gets done.
