They went from a 5 star to 1 with me I waited in line roughly 6 minutes the guy at the register was on the phone any not helping anyone. That's not good customer service to have people waiting when you have a line building up and not trying to at least bring it down. Hopefully they can get this in order or I'll have to find a new favorite.

Stores good they have everything but employee the guy tho morning was on drugs or who knows . Had like 5 drinks n I had to ask to bag it for me I only have 2 hands

This was a Road Ranger gas station, and was decent before the last year it became Fas Mart. Since it changed to Fas Mart, it's been absolutely horrible. Most of the time garbage is overflowing from the garbage cans at every pump. You're lucky to get a receipt at the pumps. Most of the time it's out of paper. There's rarely any windshield fluid to wash your windows, and there's never any paper towels anyway. One of the fluid bins has been broken for a long time. The store is also dirty. Most employees don't last, either. Surprisingly, the same owner has the Fas Mart on Route 23 and Annie Glidden. Annie Glidden also has issues. The store on 23 is by far the best. There's no comparison. UPDATE: I decided to go to the Route 23 store this morning. The wiper fluid bins were either empty or barely had fluid. Some bins had no paper towels or tools to use. Garbage was also too full. I understand they're short staffed at all three, but at this point convenience is finding a new gas station altogether.
