Fifth third somehow has my telephone number wrong in their system. I call customer service to get it fixed, they tell me to go to a local branch. I go to this branch (sycamore), and they tell me they can’t do anything and to call customer service. Spent an hour and a half trying to get this fixed and the solution is still not resolved.

I just have to say that this place really disappointed me, when I opened my Checking account I was not offered any temporary checks, or checks at all, so what is the purpose of opening a Checking account?, then I had some problems with my Account I have Asperger's syndrome and I am slow, I had some questions about my account because it was hacked and I had questions because I don't know how they do their procedures and the staff there gets so irritated you can hear it in their voices all fast and without any patience for the customer, when I went to the branch in Rockford, Il the person who helped me gave me like a book when I opened my new account with temporary checks, explained everything to me and it was so different, the people are so nice and helpful you can see the difference in the way they speak to the customers and how excited they are to help their customers, very kind and polite I guess I will continue going to the one in Rockford the only reason I went back is because there is where I opened my first account, Mondays I go to my Therapy in DeKalb so if I need to do something with the bank I go there but wow I will not go back to this branch. You can feel the difference in energy and I am into lifting my energy and enjoying life.

I had a few problems but not to give them 1 or 2 stars. But looking at the reviews, maybe you should stop telling people to call this certain number and train your employees to give better customer services. I have stop coming in the bank period, there are some new employees there and the customer services went right out the window. And, no I'm not calling this no. because you have enough reviews to tell you what's going on in this location. If the manager is rude how do you think the employees would be. Just my thoughts.

By far worst bank experience ever. The manager is extremely rude and has zero customer service. Went in to do a simple transaction, ended up walking out due horrible attitude from the manager. Thankfully had to drive out of town for another reason & there’s was a branch there. Completed the transaction with no problems at all at the Carpentersville branch. Will be taking my business else where so I never have to deal with her again.

The most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. No customer service, rude manager, and told me to go to St Charles branch for a simple transaction that took 5 minutes. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid at all costs.

If I can give zero I would. Beware of Fifth Third. Not just this branch but all. They do not recognize fraud. Horrible, horrible bank!!!!!It's ridiculous that each phone number you call they give different information. Can't trust Fifth Third!!

Went into the bank to deposit a check this morning. Because my check had my dads name on it as well (it is a joint account) the bank teller Jovanna laughed at me and told me she couldn't deposit the check. A simple Google search would tell her that of course I can deposit, as I tried to explain I have deposited these checks before (it is for my college education) she laughed at me and slammed the check back on the counter. Please review the tape to witness the most ridiculous display of customer service I have ever seen. After being denied help and decency I asked the teller next to her named Kim to please help since she has literally deposited these checks for me before. She actually also laughed at me, and when I asked where the manager was she sort of shrugged and told me she was on vacation. Not sure what kind of a bank doesn't leave someone actually in charge and just allowed people who clearly don't care at all to work for them. If you are reading this literally ANY bank is better than this one. This is easily the worst I have been treated in a bank EVER. Lots and lots of banks that would love your business, this one is not to be trusted.

The personal banker was very rude. I called the number to make an appointment to open accounts. Left message 5 days ago. No one has called me back. I will go to another location.
