Went to the bank to pull out money for rent which seems like a high amount these days. I'm posting this review March 7th of 2025. In the drive-thru they want multiple forms of identification Even when you have your account and routing number on the withdrawal slip.
Anyhow I go inside from now on, and I ran into a gentleman named Ivan, and he was extremely helpful. He told me why they have to gather that extra information with people committing fraud unfortunately they have to take extra steps in security.

This merger a nightmare! I can't get ahold of anyone to help me and I can't access my funds after already going into the bank to pick up my debit card. I need to buy groceries and pet food and I can't get to my money to do so! I hate this branch so much already and I wanna take my money and go!

Absolutely horrible service. Wouldn't even let me cash a check there despite having an account without a fee. Always trying to find another way to steal your money.Some of the most uneducated employees you will ever meet. I'd swear they don't even train them.
