I wouldn't switch from this bank to another. I love how they are on top of their game, if an issue arises they dig deep to find out how to resolve the issue.

Your online hours should reflect the correct hours. It's frustrating to drive from another town and be told your closed. I looked up the hours and it states you were open until 2pm. I arrived at 12:07 and told you're closed. So I drove 30 minutes for nothing.

Put a dispute in with them. After three calls and two separate people telling me it would go through I asked I be emailed any communications. Three weeks later I call to follow up only to find a decision was reached and I was kept in the dark about it. I was denied with no notice despite what they previously told me. I'll be closing my account immediately and I recommend avoiding relying on this bank. Not how things should be done.
