Not very many game stops exist anymore. It is unfortunate. The game stop here is pretty awesome though. They have trading cards now. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very helpful. They had some final fantasy cards something I've never seen before..

Open store hours but the store is locked for a hour (apparently the person that was suppose to open didn't come in, so who knows how long it's been unattended but that's why)

GameStop is my go-to place for all things gaming! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any questions or recommendations. The store has a fantastic selection of games, consoles, and accessories—everything a gamer could want. I always leave satisfied and excited for my next visit. I ended up getting these Sanrio dice and I'm so pleased with it! Highly recommend!

We ordered an xbox console. Tried to pick it up twice now and no one is at the store when they should be open, both yesterday and today. Sat on the phone for 45 minutes before we could even talk to a customer service agent about the whole ordeal. This is terrible.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mike, who I believe is the manager. He was funny, helpful, and compassionate over a purchase I screwed up. EASILY the best customer service experience I have had in the past year anywhere. This is a great store made greater by people like Mike.

Souyl was very helpful in setting up everything
Explain the membership to me and as a guy who doesn’t really do video games shopping he Explain to me what all the different switches were so I can make the right decision.
All in all vary helpful and fun experience

The girl that waited on me was really sweet, Ramona. The guy in there was pretty rude. I am not a gamer, so I know absolutely nothing about ANY of it, just what my grandson tells me. I joked about being old what I should have said. I am not a gamer. He said Age has nothing to do with it! He basically called me dumb! It's true. I have no clue, but he could be cool about it! Didn't anyone teach you to be nice to people! I will go to a different game stop or shop there when he's not!

It is rare to see a more public display of poor management within a 13 hour span...I went in last night to buy a PS4 and the FF7 remake. At first I was taken back by the inappropriate music being played over the mans personal phone. Still I proceeded to attempt my purchase when a highschool aged employee comes from the back. The manager proceeds to berate her about her having been gone for two hours in front of myself and other customers. While she shouldn't be disappearing, him telling her off in front of customers just makes him look like he has no idea how to lead people.She looked miserable and about to cry. She said she was going to quit but then he responded quickly with a you won't cause you need this job. She took over wrapping the PS4 and asked him for the tape, instead of handing it to her, he tossed it on the counter for her to pick up herself.He then disappeared into the back and left her to finish with the rest of the customers and myself. When she finally got around to looking for the game I requested. It wasn't properly logged into the system that they sold the last copy so she manually went through every game they had behind the counter until she went back to the manager in back to ask where it could be.She came back with a it must've been sold or stolen but he doesn't know where it would be. Stupidly, I still proceeded to purchase the PS4. When I got home I noticed that it didn't have all the cords that were listed online that come with purchase so I called back and was told those cost extra. When looking online, I also noticed that there was a holiday discount that he failed to apply as well on the console. So I decided to return it first thing this morning.Upon my arrival shortly after 10 am, it was abundantly clear that the manager was stoned out of his mind and was even joking with some of the other customers about smoking marijuana. Seeing no other alternative, I proceeded with the return. After several failed attempts and about 50 minutes later, he finally gave up on processing the return. The state of his mind too foggy to remember how to operate his register properly, the manager simply gave me money from the safe instead of processing a return....

Website said they had an item in stock so I purchased for pick up. Once the store opened, they cancelled my order and let me know the item was actually out of stock the whole time. Purchased my game from Target instead and it was delivered within 2 days. Still have not gotten my money back from the cancelled order either, which is pretty wrong considering other stores give same day refunds and returns. Will not be spending my time or money at this establishment in the future. I recommend you do the same.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Last gentleman that worked at the store was friendly, accommodating, respectful and friendly. I came in store today trying to spend money, each time the female employee made me feel like NOT wanting to spend ANY money at this establishment. At the very least teach her proper etiquette and actual customer service skills. The absolute worst sales floor person I have came across in years. WILL NOT be back to this dekalb location. Terrible store.
