Decent book section and I found a few good titles, but the pricing was frustrating and inconsistent. Some books were much higher than others with no clear reason, and overall it felt overpriced compared to other Goodwills. It wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this one if you’re hoping for an actual bargain.

Greedwill always wants to charge a lot for items they got for free and then they don’t place their tags on properly and you end up paying a lot for ruined second-hand clothes. Do better. That’s not saving stuff from the dump when you purposely or neglectfully ruin them tagging prices.

Very easy to drop off clothes for donating.

There is no organization, and the prices are the worst thing ever.

I find good things sometimes. But they overprice most of the donated items which makes me reluctant to shop at this location. I’ve found better pricing and selections at other goodwills.

I didn't see anything that I really wanted, except for one thing the price tag from the original store said like $13 and they put their price of $20 if they weren't greedy I would have spent some money. But the store is well-organized.

Tried to exchange some shorts because what it said on the tag wasn't the same, must of been altered, said there's no returns and had a dvd that had disc that was making of the movie not movie , no exchange. That's not right for a place I've donated to to treat you like that.

Goodwill should be place where you can buy stuff at cheap price and how much you want. There should not be a limit on how much you buy. We found good deal on light bulbs we were going to get them for our church and for our house. But we were told we can only get 2 boxes for one purchase. Goodwill is not what it used to be. It not for the better

This place is ridiculous.. You donate items they want to deny items they get for free for no reason. Happened twice. They sell all kinds of junk that they get for FREE… TERRIBLE customer service.

Went in today only to be assaulted by a wall of cologne that could only be described as something you might smell after a group of axe body spray wearing 15 year olds leave a bathroom. I instantly had head pain and had to cut my visit early because it was too overwhelming. I asked the sweet girls up front and they nicely said it was a new air freshener spray the owners had put up and they too thought it was intense. I won't be back while this air freshener is used. And for the love of all that is good, don't make your employees get migraines everyday by having to breathe in that smell. Good lord. I still smell it on me after hours.

You’ll stand in line just for the cashier to be inconsiderate enough to let the person behind you go first and that person will be rude enough to not let you go in front of them even though you only have one item. I guess I should’ve expected it considering it’s a Goodwill in Dekalb. It’s okay though, it gave me time to reconsider my purchase and realize it wasn’t worth my time anyways.

Dear Goodwill Store Management,I am writing to share my deeply dissatisfying experience at your store, which unfortunately left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.During my recent visit, I encountered a situation at the cashier that was both concerning and perplexing. The cashier scanned an item twice, and I politely requested that she not do so for the second time. To my surprise, she insisted that I was mistaken, even though I had double-checked the item's price, description, and the 8-digit number, all of which matched. As a result of the scanner error and her refusal to acknowledge it, I decided to cancel the purchase, which was priced at $66… (I can’t remember the accurate decimals) I was not provided with a receipt, and she gave no explanation for her actions. To make matters worse, when I checked my bank account later, I found a charge of $49.39 that I cannot explain or understand. This lack of transparency and accountability in handling financial transactions is deeply concerning. However, my dissatisfaction does not end there. The complete lack of apology, understanding. The manager issued a refund without offering an apology.I regret to say that the whole experience left me with a strong impression of discrimination. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the interaction left me deeply disappointed in the customer service provided at your store.I share this feedback not to harm your reputation but in the hope that you will address these issues and ensure that all customers receive fair and respectful treatment. I genuinely believe that everyone should have a positive shopping experience and that this incident should not reflect the overall values of your organization.Sincerely,
