I normally don't give reviews, but I think drivers need to be aware of my first time at this customer. The young girl at the security gate was very rude. She doesn't have any customer skills. She called herself getting upset with me because I didn't have a place to drop the trailer in the back so I had to drop it in front of other trailers it's not my fault if they have trailers unorganized and all over the place and it is very tight. The yard dog got mad because because he had to move the trailer that I had dropped then I asked him to help me pull out a trailer that was too close to a Schneider trailer and I did not feel safe or comfortable due to the way they had the trailers all parked close together he moved the trailer with an attitude which I thought was very unprofessional. The lady in the shipping office gave me a trailer to pick up I bobtail back to pick up the trailer and the trailer was damaged real bad it had dents,holes, cracks and look like someone tried to tape and patch it up in several places the trailer was also budging in the front. I called my company and told them I didn't feel safe nor comfortable taking the damage trailer, and I did not take it. My company asked me to take pictures and email them. I don't know who damaged the trailer but I know one thing I wasn't going to be responsible so I asked for another trailer as I was checking out the young girl at the security gate very was rude when I only asked her a question if she got everything straightened out since she was mad because she thought I was going to get back under the trailer and move it which that was a negative so of course I'll let her know that she wasn't going to get an attitude with me if you don't like your job get another one don't think that you're going to talk to people in a kind of way not and I can tell she was trying to be dramatic that's why I decide to get in my truck and leave because I don't do drama and not going to give my energy to the negativity but anywho this is a place I would not recommend because they are not organized at all. Sometimes it may not be the company it just may be the workers. If you don't want someone to drop the trailer for you to move it, then try organizing the trailers. It's people like the security person and the yard dog that caused people to have to give reviews.

I was turned away, that Indian security woman claimed that my paperwork looked like packing list, either she has never seen BOL in her life or she is just malicious. Unproffesional, you can see how she is is pretending that she is concerned with my BOL, she is just looking to ruin someone's day.

Appointment: 0900
Check in: 0745
I was told to come back at 1245, came back, and told to come back at 1400.
Hit dock at 1425
At 1725, I was told that the trailer is loaded. Hooked up and pulled away from dock - trailer is still empty. Pulled back into Dock and dropped the trailer again.
At 1800 - I checked in with shipping to get an estimated time to start loading. I was given an estimated time of completion in 3 hours. I'll update as soon as this nightmare is over.

For Landstar driver never ever book Any load going to this location they take your trl and they never give empty one and they will send security to kick you out

In for my 9 am appt, drop trailer at door 115 at 9:05. At 3 pm they tell me the load is still not complete and they now wait for approval from upper management to ship short. Even after approval it took forever to load as they need to scan and examine every single tire…and yes, once in the yard you can’t leave until loaded, so better bring some food and books…

Just seen all these reviews. SMH. I just canceled the load. I'm an owner operator and definitely don't have time to deal with this. Get some non lazy workers and better management....solongggg
