The absolute worst grooming experience I have ever had. Terrible service, lady is very rude and did not care when I said she managed to make all of my pets nails bleed. I even had to hold down my pet, very unprofessional.

We got a terrible grooming from her she left cut marks on my dog and her appointments always go longer than they are supposed to

Bentley has been going to Dawn for some time now. He has a big crush on her. When I arrive to pick him up he is usually staring at her and is SO relaxed. He is a schnauzer and they are not this way in general. He looks so pretty and smells great too! I always receive compliments about how great he looks. Dawn talks to him and is so kind. This tells me all I need to know about how Bentley enjoys his spa days.

Took my 12 year old dog for a nail trim. Pet Smart couldn't deal with her cause she don't like being touched. But I brought her here and was very happy with the groomer. And she is reasonably priced.
