Hunter Star Properties is an affordable place to call home, providing a good and great experience for many tenants. The office staff is consistently described as amazing, incredibly helpful, super friendly, very friendly and nice, with a fun attitude that leaves a positive environment. They are responsive and have made exceptions for residents. Maintenance is always punctual, gets the job done quickly, and is very responsive to requests. Maintenance staff are noted to go above and beyond, making efforts to fix things immediately and ensuring residents are happy, especially when met with kindness and understanding. While the apartments may lack some features like central A.C. and have issues stemming from the age of the units, they are considered a nice size for the money. The community does not have all the bells and whistles, but it offers an affordable home. Some drawbacks include paid parking, a sometimes aggressive tow service, and occasional delays with repairs. However, for those looking in the area, Hunter Star Properties is a recommended place where the staff and maintenance team provide good service and treat residents well.
