They said 20min wait turned out over an hour half later didn't even bother calling me and over price me at the drop off from th price they told me on the phone in the beginning never again using there services. This the first and last lime.

JD showed up to help with a failure to start issue with my Mom's car. He was super polite, friendly, and professional. He did a little diagnosis and was able to get her car started and it didn't end up needing to be towed. Thanks a million, JD!

Omggggg they are the literal best! JD was so so helpful and knowledgeable. No one is having a good day when you have car trouble and JD showed up and instead of making my day more miserable he was kind and informative and patient! He actually did the due diligence to find the root cause of my issue versus just taking advantage of me being a mechanically challenged individual. He also was super sweet to my kids, even offering for them to look at his tow truck. And not just JD but their scheduler so was sweet and helpful. All around top notch service and I couldn’t be more grateful for this team and company!

BE AWARE! THEY CHARGE A 5HR MINIMUM RATE
I am owner operator truck driver, I called for a tow truck about 4 weeks ago. My GPS got me in a tight jam and I ended up stuck in some mud. The wrecker arrived on the scene in about 25 minutes or less after I spoke to the dispatcher. He got me out the mud within 30 minutes never even using his wrecker truck nor any equipment from his truck. Then gave me a invoice billing me for $3785.00, I told him that this couldn’t be correct because he had on the invoice 5 hrs of labor at $ 575.00 per hour and that he used a winch device and some sort of cables but that is false. I have about 4 witnesses who works at the truck stop that seen him just drive my truck out of the mud without any equipment and the total time took only about 30 minutes. Me and my after hours operations carrier guy spoke with their dispatcher about the absurd charges and she said that they have a 5 hr minimum work wage. We both address her about how that was never explained to me ever nor was it listed on their website. She said that it was nothing that she could do about the total amount and that I could call back on that following Monday morning and speak with management. So I contacted the company that following Monday as instructed to do by their dispatcher and I spoke with a lady in management and she said that they were willing to discount the bill $685.00 dollars.

The office worker is the only redeeming feature of this business. The drivers are all extremely rude, and unprofessional. The driver I dealt with most recently reeked of cannabis and ingested alcohol. I would not trust them to tow a Tonka toy, let alone a valued possession of mine voluntarily. It would be nice if they checked their drivers. Just because weed is legal in the state doesn’t mean I want to risk my car. If you are looking for CDL certified drivers, I suggest you look literally anywhere else.
