They offer very detailed information and directions on how to use equipment, provide support contact information, and give clear instructions. They handle everything including paperwork, working with doctor's offices and insurance billing, keeping customers very informed throughout the whole process. They are very nice people with the utmost respect, very personable and helpful. Staff work to accommodate customers and provide home delivery. Mary was so helpful! I went into this appointment not happy and upset that I had to get a CPAP but just the easy way the conversation flowed and the way she explained everything definitely helped me feel better towards the end of this appointment.
