Lehan Drugs provides medical supplies and equipment with excellent customer service. The staff is amazing, warmly welcoming, and goes over and above to help. They offer very detailed information and directions on how to use equipment, provide support contact information, and give clear instructions. They handle everything including paperwork, working with doctor's offices and insurance billing, keeping customers very informed throughout the whole process. They are very nice people with the utmost respect, very personable and helpful. Staff work to accommodate customers and provide home delivery. Customers report a very pleasant experience and 5 star service, noting it is a great experience.

I absolutely love the Freeport store. Everyone there is so friendly. My grandfather went in there and was treated well and they listened to him while having patience. I will definitely recommend this store! Much better than Castor!

My appointment was with the company representative April, and she was wonderful! I didn't feel like I was at a company appointment, it was more like visiting with a friend who is teaching me about the machine.
