Super fun visit to Lowes today! My husband and I were picking out the things we needed for a few different projects. We chatted with a few employees about our projects as we made our way through the store. Each one was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Then we got to checkout, and a fabulous employee named Ashley rang us up. She saw we were buying some raspberry bushes, and she pointed out some much bigger ones. The bigger ones came home with us, naturally. Thank you, Ashley!

We’ll never go here again and buy anything and closed our card. We had a lot of issues ordering carpet and vinyl flooring for our basement. What we should’ve taken in two weeks, took over a month and a half. Not only did they try to double charge us, but I have random charges on my card and deferred interest Charges that are $1000. We were also told you were going to get 84 month financing interest free yet we’re getting charged interest. Also told our payment would be 150 and it’s doubled what they said this place is a joke. Nobody knows what they’re doing. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying any flooring from you because the people who install it suck we had the vinyl flooring installed by a third-party that works for Lowe’s not only didn’t they bring in all the stuff for it to acclimate like they said they would they left it in our garage so we had to bring it down ourselves second the person who cut all the edges and pieces made it look like complete crap to wear we had to buy a quarter round to cover it and they ordered stuff that wasn’t even necessary to do the floor that were stuck with that we can’t return at this point we’re calling Lowe’s credit card and reporting a bunch of charges that weren’t made by us. I believe it’s fraud by somebody done through the store because they stated we needed to pay over the phone multiple times or credit us back charges which were never shown on our account no wonder why all the stores are closing it’s trash.

I went there earlier this week in the morning and it’s insane how the employees (blue vests) talk about one another and their management. I shouldn’t be in one aisle overhearing why you think you have a lazy GM and how you hate so and so! Completely ruined the whole shopping experience!

Super friendly staff. I got a bunch of wood and they were more than happy to cut a few pieces for me. Had a good laugh with a couple employees and they were very helpful.

I always find nice people to help me in the wood Department, but when I need other stuff it's impossible to find anyone, also the prices are reasonable compared to other stores.

Excellent, if I'm looking for something I ask and they can determine which line to look for.

I am VERY disappointed by how I was treated by the appliance and store managers of the Lowe's in Dekalb IL. I brought a non-working dehumidifier to the store WITH A RECEIPT for a replacement. They refused to give me a replacement because it was out of warranty by 4 months. REALLY?! and we're PROS MEMBERS!
Also their "extended warranty" is deceptive. It only covers 1 year past the manufactures not 3 as we were told.
Who's running this store? From now I'm going to Menards!

Purchased 3 outdoor C battery operated lights at $29 each. Went to buy rechargeable C Batteries and guess what. They don't have any. They also sell lights that take D batteries but they also don't have rechargeable D batteries. Come on Lowes, you can do better than that. Should stock both if your selling a product that uses them. Could also stock them right next these products. What a concept.
